Clean, but very basic. Cheap, what I expected for the price.

The room is small, the facilities are old, the environment is not very good, the noise is loud, the service is average, and the check-out time is too early. The price is too expensive, the goods are not worth the price, and the experience is not good. There is no hair dryer.

I stayed with my wife during my stay in London on a trip to Europe. It is located within a 5-minute walk from either Russell Square or King's Cross subway stations, making it very accessible. There was no reception in the hotel, so when I pressed the door chime at check-in and waited for a while, the hotel came. When checking out, all you have to do is put the key in the front door, but there was no manager, so I couldn't ask you to keep your baggage. The bathroom and toilet are shared and there is no hair dryer. It was inconvenient that there was no dryer because the chilly days continued.

Terrible hygiene, terrible service, worst experience ever, pay more and don't suffer this

My own negligence, I didn't read the reviews and booked 3 nights. Negotiation to cancel the subscription was unsuccessful, and I would rather deduct 3 days of fees, or insist on changing hotels. Too bad too bad too bad...
