A lower ground and ground, 2 bedroom unit. Nothing like the promotional photos : dark, dirty carpet, walls filthy, curtains half off, beds old and lumpy, shower broken, windows filthy. Of the 125 promo photos only a handful are not this unit, and we’re clearly taken 3 -4 years ago. This unit has not had any maintenance in several years. Terrace access is via a skylight, via an adjoining property, with only a broken chair. There is inadequate room for 4 people. Property management dismissive and not helpful. The promotions and photos are misleading and false advertising . We booked, what was promoted as well maintained, light airy, above street level, spacious property instead we got run down, ground / lower ground, cramped, dirty unit. Anderson Street by CAPITAL 11 Anderson Street London SW3 3LZ United Kingdom is nothing like the promotional photos. Management were not helpful and not interested in listening. It is overpriced. I cannot recommend in any way
