St Christopher's the Inn - London Bridge Reviews

Very good location in the city of London. Will definitely recommend to someone planning for a budget trip.

I didn't manage to check in because I accidentally booked a female dorm. They just told me that they had to cancel my booking and asked me to leave without a refund. No further communications were made by them. I tried to cancel the booking all day multiple times, but nothing happened. They made me aware of that when they asked me to leave, but still, it was pretty rude and showed no hospitality at all, the way they did it. Nothing was further done, and just like that, I felt like giving away my money to a charity. Honestly, it was pretty upsetting, and I didn't know what else to do since I was by myself (solo). I just hope that I could at least put my bags somewhere while I was travelling and use the bathroom, but they didn't even bother to do anything for me. I can say the location wasn't quite spacious and a bit secluded behind a pub, although just a few minutes away from the tube. Well, they are a pub, basically. Lots of people and shops around, so that was okay. That's the only thing I can review. Sorry, but the service, facilities, and the whole experience were indeed a bit traumatic, although it was a mistake that I made. I know this doesn't mean anything to me, but I wrote this review so future customers would be aware that you need to check the details very thoroughly first, because they wouldn't tolerate any mistake that you made if you wanted to stay with them. Lessons learned. Thanks :)

Very nice and friendly staff that were really helpful and kind. Nice beds and clean rooms. Okay bathrooms but could have been more. Nice to get water and earplugs for the music downstairs.

Location is near to the Metro and London Bridge train station. Amenities are basic and it is on top of a loud bar. Earplugs are provided.

The room was not clean even water was outside room one of guest requested to clean but no one did
