Was very bad experience airco didn’t work then after one hour they offered me to move to a different room that was under the ground with no windows and really really stinky So I didn’t move was so hard to sleep window was broken I had so much itch when I left first and last time  They promised me refund I got nothing not even an email or a call

The place was ok but it can be improved especially daily cleaning and the kitchenette as there were no pots even with an electric hob.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. This hotel is not recommended. Every room had something broken. We stayed 5 nights and had to change rooms 3 times. The reason was always the same: every room had some kind of problem. Broken showers, broken windows, broken shower room windows — it never ended. Each time we changed rooms, the room size changed. We booked for two people, but after the second room change, we were given a clearly smaller room with an extremely small bed. It was honestly the worst. Then we were given another room on the 4th floor, where the large window was clearly broken. This was not just a small issue — the window looked like it could fall toward the bed at any moment, which was genuinely dangerous. When we told the staff, they said: “It’s not broken. You don’t need to worry.” They even tried to temporarily fix it with a screwdriver, but in the end, the window was still broken. Despite this, they kept insisting it was fine. We were freezing, and since we are the ones paying, sleeping in that room would likely make someone sick. So we asked to change rooms again. The next room? The shower door was broken. At this point, the situation was ridiculous, but what made it worse was the staff’s attitude. It was aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We were told at night that a new room would be prepared. However, the next morning, a different staff member said very aggressively that no new room could be prepared. After some discussion, suddenly, a new room was prepared. They lied about the window not being broken, tried to cover it up with a temporary fix, and kept changing their story. Because of this behavior, we completely lost trust in the staff. In short, this hotel cannot be recommended at all. If you enjoy adventure, risk, and constant room changes, then maybe this place is for you. The location was good, though.

Great studio! The room had two comfortable double beds, air conditioning, and a nice bathroom with a shower and toilet there was a small kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary dishes, which was perfect for making breakfast or a quick snack. We especially liked how the area was. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

There was no air conditioning in the room which I make sure it has when I booked the hotel. The front desk was not helpful and bad service. Room was not old and not clean. The sofa bed was broken and they said was no problem:(

The air conditioning was broken and could not be used. The refrigerator was also not working properly; it only blew hot air and had a strong smell of spoiled milk. The windows could not be opened, which made the room uncomfortable. The overall hygiene was not satisfactory. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Axiom Hotel London and would not recommend this hotel. The room was in a poor state when we arrived. It was not clean, the bathroom was dirty with visible mould, and several of the lights in the room did not work. The room felt tired, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard I expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which did not work at all. The room became unbearably hot, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. When I reported this to reception, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and that I could have a refund if I chose to leave. By that point it was too late in the day as we already had plans and finding alternative accommodation at short notice was unrealistic. Offering a refund instead of fixing the problem or providing another room was not an acceptable solution. There was also no complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which was surprising considering the heat and the fact the air conditioning was not working. Overall, the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. Between the broken air conditioning, mould in the bathroom, broken lights, lack of cleanliness, and the staff's unwillingness to resolve the issues, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not stay here again and would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodation.

Where do I start?! I paid additional money for an upgraded room. Firstly, don't fool for that, there are no upgraded rooms. I had 2 colleagues who stayed in standard rooms and they had none of the issues I had. They actually had more amenities in their room. So, the air con in my room was broken, there's no fans and a tiny window that barely opens. I slept in 34° heat and it only went up in the morning. This was unbearable and I got no sleep and it actually made me sick. Secondly, the bedding had mould like, green marks on it and at least one of the towels had a fresh looking brown mark on it!! It says hairdryer is included in the room amenities, but in actual fact you have to go down to reception to ask for it, which I did, and then when I got back up to my room with it, it didn't work. It was also absolutely disgusting and all the vents at the back were clogged full of dirt, dust, hair, mould and whatever else. It also says bottled water is included, however I had none. The water in both sides of the tap were hot, so I had no cool drinking water. Another missing amenity is conditioner, it states it is provided but there was none. The bathroom light has a motion sensor, which doesn't work from the shower. So you have to shower in the dark or keep getting out to activate the light. My room was identical to a standard room, but with no air con, conditioner, water, hair dryer or clean sheets and towels. I'm absolutely shocked at the experience I had and in trying to get a refund they have argued the amount down and have now stopped replying to me, and don't answer the phone when I ring the number they provided to get the refund.
