The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was lovely and friendly. The hotel is in a great location as well, very easy to find places from there. I enjoyed being able to control everything from the control panel on the bed as well, gave it a more luxurious feel. The bed was comfy enough but you could feel the join in the matress if you lay in the middle but not a major problem. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The lady on the desk was most helpful at checking in. Made my birthday feel special. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and location was good. Well worth the money and will stay again as the location was good. Breakfast was worth the £8 as London prices can be crazy

This hotel is exactly what you need if you are looking for a no frills experience but still want quality. No orange horror stories here. The upgraded room was warm, clean and modern. Shower was great and had a "rain like" head also. Receptionist waived the £10 check in fee and when asked what our visit was for, GFs birthday, proceeded to bring us a complementary bottle of Rosé wine. Which was very unexpected! The location is good too, 10-15 mins walk takes you to Oxford street for shopping or to the British Museum. Recommended.

Unfortunately for me the experience was bad. The room heater was non functional and in spite of complaining during my three night stay neither the room was changed nor was the complained rectified. There was no hot water in the bathroom too and this too was not rectified

I read reviews and thought it was a good hotel. Extremely disappointed. The heating is not working, the hot water system has been down for 2 days and I had to go down to the reception to ask them to fix it. I checked 3 times yesterday and there was no one at the reception. I googled the hotels phone number and someone picked up after 10 mins wait to say they will fix it but still haven't. There is no kettle or drinking water facility inside the room. everytime I need a sip of water they expect me to go down to the tap below reception area to fill my bottle. There is no window in my room either. In the entire hotel, only the room lighting system is useful since it is next to the bed and can be dimmed. Waiting for tomorrow morning so I can checkout at the earliest. Extreme waste of money to stay here.

Being a previous employee of Premier Inn, I had heard quite a bit about the Hub product, being a compact room mainly focused on business travellers. This has always put me off trying them, however, after booking tickets for The Book of Mormon, we just wanted a room to rest our heads. The location is very convenient, just a short walk away from both Oxford Street if you would like to shop, most of the major theatres, and many places to eat. We arrived early, and was able to leave bag securely before checkin. We could have paid £10 to check in earlier but we only had 2 hours to go and was off to the shops/out for lunch. I had booked a larger room due to travelling as a couple ( 233), and we both found the room to be spotlessly clean, with plenty of room. It was very modern, The room did have a window but with frosted glass so you cannot see out and also you cannot open the window. Not an issue for as as only slept and got ready in room as out and about. The lights, air con and do not disturb were controlled by a panel in the headboard. The bed was comfortable and provided with 2 pillows. We asked for 2 more. The window had the best blackout blind and it was so quiet. Best hotel sleep i have had. The breakfast was £8 each and was lovely. Overall, the location is perfect for doing so much in London, it’s nothing special and so works well as a base camp for sleeping and getting ready in. I will definitely consider Hub hotels in the future for our theatre trips!

There was an issue with hotel staff communicating with each other as to whether the room was ready for me to check in. apparently it was but when I got to the room there was a guy in there laying on the bed. A maintenance man apparently mending something. . After speaking to reception it was resolved and my room was listed as occupied. In the next hour I had people coming in to the room assuming it was unoccupied. Annoying to say the least. They gave me 100% refund. I stay here a lot for business this is the first time I've had an issue it's usually very good.

Soho hub is one of the Best hotel I stayed in my live. The location is amaizing with to many restaurant and shop near of the hotel. Hotel staff make me fell I want to come back on this place every time I have oportunities. My experince on Soho hub hotel is one of best and I recomand to my friend and family
