The room was very small heater was dripping water and not working properly told the night reception he told me to wait till 9 am in the morning and that he can’t do anything also the room I stayed was in a basement with no window shower was also very small

I stayed at this hotel twice on this trip, the second time I was assigned a room in the basement of a separate building. The room was small. We skipped breakfast as we had an early flight home. The access from Paddington station was very good and the price was not too expensive. If you just want to sleep, this hotel is very good.

Really welcoming and friendly staff. Room was small but had everything we needed. The bathroom layout was a little difficult with the toilet so close to the sink. Breakfast was good but the tea was a little on the weak side as it was not freshly made for you, it was from a flask. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were really difficult to navigate as they were winding and we had a large heavy suitcase. Also, our room was super hot! But there was a fan provided, which I liked. Overall it was enjoyable and we would stay again.

Good location. Our room was in 3rd floor and we have been informed by the reception there was no elevator/lift to the room. Reception helped us to carry our luggages. Breakfast was nice but need to wait a few minutes to serve. Overall was okay.

This hotel was sooo good! The location soooo close to paddington station . And the service, staffs , everything is amazing! Free breakfast including!!! Highly recommend :)

Very disappointing place they took money with no refund When I read the description they mentioned that it is a hotel with a bar and luggage services But the shock is that when I arrived there they don’t have a lift or bar or service staff for your luggage or anything even the personal details you have to fill in it instead of the receptionist When I got the shot I told them since the description soo different from reality you have to refund me they said we have no objections only do it through Trip application I And when I do it the Trip application requested me to ask the hotel for the refund So I’ll consider both the hotel and Trip application are Scam You should respect people by being transparent only

The surrounding environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, and it is close to Paddington subway station. The room is small and the bed is small, but the breakfast is good, with fried eggs, fried ham, fried sausages, fried mashed potatoes, bread, coffee, tea, and milk.

The accommodation environment is good, the breakfast is delicious, and the service staff are friendly. They can also store our luggage for 2 days, waiting for us to return to the accommodation after we go to other cities. All services are great, and it is worth recommending the accommodation.
