The space was larger than I expected, with full amenities, and it was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel with amazing staff. The location felt safe and secure and only a short walk from Victoria Station.

Great and very convenient, especially since we walked everywhere in London and barely used public transport. The staff were nice, but they didn't automatically replenish the bathroom amenities each day; you had to ask for them.

Nice Place to stay and a quiet room, nice food, not far to walk to the restaurant, train station, and some tourist spots just within walking distance away

The room was lovely and came with a kettle, and they even provided complimentary bottled water, which you could ask for more of at the front desk. The front desk staff were really nice. The only downside was that the room was a bit cold, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work. It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, but it's still quite convenient for visiting attractions.

We stayed for one night at the Wellington Hotel and everything was absolutely immaculate from start to finish. It was a special trip for our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful cake and a lovely card waiting for us, which was such a kind and personal touch. On top of that, we were generously given a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The service throughout was excellent—professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention has to go to the male receptionist who arranged everything for us. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. His attention to detail and kindness did not go unnoticed, and he truly made a difference to our experience. We can’t thank the team enough and will definitely be staying again. Highly recommended!

Service not bad. Cleanliness ok.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to all the main landmarks. The environment and service are great, and the rooms aren't small. It's also very quiet.

Everything is nice I love that hotel location is 20 mins to Big Ben by walk maybe this is my 10th night at this hotel but even I make 1hour late check out they asked for 20pounds, I lived that once in my life :(

The hotel environment is excellent, with clean and tidy streets and comfortable courtyard space. It's conveniently located, very close to both the train station and the subway, and also near Buckingham Palace, all within walking distance. The room interiors are appropriately comfortable, the view from the window is beautiful, and the room service is very attentive. A highly recommended hotel!

It is hard find a hotel in London with large rooms and customers garden court yard (with TV’s), so spacious for relaxing. Great people and delicious Indian restaurant at hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed it. For once I got what I expected I was paying for.

The location was incredibly convenient, with Buckingham Palace and Big Ben within walking distance. Plus, Victoria Station and St. James's Park Station were both just a short walk away. Breakfast typically started at 7 AM on weekdays, but on Sunday, it was 8 AM. I had an early flight from Gatwick and was worried about missing it, but the hotel kindly prepared a takeout breakfast for me just after 7 AM, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Stayed in an executive twin room for 3 nights with a relative. The room was spacious, my only concern was there was very little room between the two beds. We had a lovely view of Vincent Square. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Good choice of food provided at breakfast. Hotel is 10 minutes from trains/tubes/buses and ideal for sightseeing. Good restaurants nearby. We spent our last evening in the courtyard watching England v Croatia, great atmosphere.

Wonderful friendly hotel in a great location. Will definitely consider using again.
