The location is good, with plenty of restaurants nearby, but the hotel room and facilities don't quite meet a 4-star standard. The room is very small; for two adults and one child, there's hardly any space to move around simultaneously. We couldn't even open our luggage properly. We had to stand in the bathtub to shower. This was quite a step down from the 4-star hotels we stayed in during the previous days. The breakfast was decent, though. They do offer luggage storage, which is a nice plus.

I did have a small issue with my room but it was the action that impressed me the most and I was immediately given another room, without any fuss The rooms are clean and the staff were wonderful

The origami in the bathroom was a nice touch, quite unique! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Even though the elevator was out of order, there were still staff members helping with luggage, which was great. The location is super convenient, near the BBC Television Centre, Regent Street, and Oxford Street. The only slight drawback is that the room was a bit small.

Beautiful hotel from the outside and in a wonderful location, a stones throw from Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Goodge Street underground stations. Super convenient to get anyway and plenty of shopping, cafes and restaurants but also in a quiet street so you are no disturbed by any noises at night. The staff were super friendly and helped with a situation with my bathroom (even though it was late at night) and were very respectful and polite. The room was a little small but absolutely enough for 1 person. The room was very clean and had a clean kettle, some tea and biscuits, a study desk and a nice sized bathroom. Overall, I would certainly stay here again. Thank you!!
