Absolute disgrace of a hotel our window was tapped shut / no air con in 30 degree heat when we tried to speak to reception he didn’t even want to look or speak to us we then rang trip.com and when they tried to ring the hotel they didn’t even bother answering. There was mold in the bathroom and on the walls / bugs all over I have been bitten twice while staying there the radiator was falling off the wall and leaking and the lamp next to the bed fell off. The ceiling tiles were missing it was an absolute disgrace I don’t know how this place is still open STAY AWAY!! Mattresses were stained with what could only be a lot of sweat , urine or blood the colours of the rainbow would describe it , the lifts only only hold one person a time before it’s over weight , DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Where should I start from the entire hotel is so dirty it looks abit new from outside but when you get inside it’s really dirty and old there is a lot of insects in the rooms I woke up twice had to call the reception the guy was very helpful he did his job give me another room but unfortunately it didn’t help I had to leave the hotel at 3am and go stay at friends house this hotel should be Boycott and shut permanently please if anyone want to book stop wasting your money on this hotel better to sleep on the street then wasting your money on here

The room has bed bugs , i got bitten all over , asked to change to another room but got bitten again , went to the reception to complain , they just told me to write an email . Worst hotel in London

I have never seen such a terrible and dirty hotel in my life. The reception staff is so lazy that they can't even stand up and greet guests, although they can clearly see that some guests are short and can hardly see them. Also, the appearance of the staff is just awful - dirty, so nothing else was expected from the room. The rooms are dirty, both the floor and the whole room itself. I refused to stay in the first room, they changed the room. It was a little cleaner. Clean bed linen after washing is stored in the hallway on the floor. It's good that I stayed only for a couple of days, so I had to endure it since the payment was by card. But in the future it is better to pay extra or take an apartment, but I will definitely not stay here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here for a couple of days because it was central to the activities I was doing. It was one of the cheaper hotels in the area and now I see why. My room was in a shocking state. As you can see from my pictures, the bathroom was in desperate need of repair with cracked tiles, vents plugged with tissue, and no actual plughole cover. In terms of bathroom access

I booked this hotel to see the Greatest Showman circus. It's within sight of the Empress Museum. It's about a 15-minute walk from Earl's Court Station on the Piccadilly Line, so it's a convenient location for enjoying musicals in the West End! You can also get to the hotel from the airport without having to transfer. The TV and TV remote were covered in dust, the facilities were shabby, and I couldn't open my large carry-on bag all the way, but the male staff was very kind and the bed was clean, so overall I'm glad I stayed there. I was very satisfied with the stay, which was in a very convenient location near London for about 14,000 yen!

I went to TLS to apply for a visa. Although this place is in a wealthy area, the hotel facilities are old, the desk lamp is broken, the curtains in the room cannot be closed, and the toilet is not flushed when entering. Next to it is a recycling dump. At two o'clock in the night, there is the sound of large trucks reversing, the loud sound of emptying recyclable bottles and cans, and the sound of dragging metal. We were still on the flight path, with flights passing overhead, and police cars with sirens running around us no less than 10 times. The windows are not soundproofed at all, and people who sleep deeply can be disturbed every hour.
