HOTEL DA INCUBO!!! EVITARE. Volevo risparmiare e non abbiamo badato alle recensioni, ma fatelo assolutamente perché è un hotel da incubo, sporco, vecchio, tenda con la muffa, la terza foto è il gabinetto ovvero una cosa molto delicata e intima, hotel vecchio forse degli anni 30.. spendete soldi in più ma almeno rimanete contenti. 0 su 0 potrei dire mille cose ma mi fermo qui

Absolute disgrace of a hotel our window was tapped shut / no air con in 30 degree heat when we tried to speak to reception he didn’t even want to look or speak to us we then rang trip.com and when they tried to ring the hotel they didn’t even bother answering. There was mold in the bathroom and on the walls / bugs all over I have been bitten twice while staying there the radiator was falling off the wall and leaking and the lamp next to the bed fell off. The ceiling tiles were missing it was an absolute disgrace I don’t know how this place is still open STAY AWAY!! Mattresses were stained with what could only be a lot of sweat , urine or blood the colours of the rainbow would describe it , the lifts only only hold one person a time before it’s over weight , DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Where should I start from the entire hotel is so dirty it looks abit new from outside but when you get inside it’s really dirty and old there is a lot of insects in the rooms I woke up twice had to call the reception the guy was very helpful he did his job give me another room but unfortunately it didn’t help I had to leave the hotel at 3am and go stay at friends house this hotel should be Boycott and shut permanently please if anyone want to book stop wasting your money on this hotel better to sleep on the street then wasting your money on here

The room has bed bugs , i got bitten all over , asked to change to another room but got bitten again , went to the reception to complain , they just told me to write an email . Worst hotel in London

Very poor...... arrived with my family and was immediately struck by poor quality of the hotel by the reception. Gave my details and the guy behind the counter did not say a word just gave us our room keys. Elevator was tiny and only allowed 2 people in Corridor to room was shabby Room.....well more of a cell. Diry and grey. Had not seen a clean since the middle ages. Beds uncountable Bathroom door did not close . Toilet at an angle to save room. Bath that was rusty around where the overflow was but you r never having a bath in it. Shower over bath was ok. Booked in for 3 nights left immediately after 1st night and went to Ibis next door. We made a complaint and asked for a refund from trip advisor that had to go through the hotel. Hotel did not reply so no refund. All in all......shocking. If you are looking for a middle ages dungeon experience....excellent.

The hotel was okay, near to public transport bus and circle line. The room and toilet floor was slippery if your foot was wet. They didn't have/provide floor mat for the toilet. No safety mat (rubber) for bath tub, very dangerous. On the 2nd day after we got back in, the towels are gone! Maybe they forget to put back after housekeeping. I had to go down to counter to get the towels. And sorry, we had to use one of the towels as floor mat. We put Do Not Disturb sign on the next day to prevent loss of towels again. The lift was so small. Only fit 2 person without luggage. The door for the lift was so heavy and it bangs loud sound when close. Suggest to stay room away from lift. Wifi is ok, but unstable connection. The heater was huge. Good.

Really bad experience. Dirty rooms with a lot of dust. Dirty mattresses and not cleaned toilets. Dust all around. Not recommended at all.

The hotel itself was in a great location, the staff were rude, the stairs smelt horrific! The bedroom was dirty, dust all down the side of the bed, stained bedding. The shower was horrific, the water was leaking and the bathroom door slammed into the bath. Curtains had holes in them, windows covered in tape. I would recommend this hotel if you really don’t care and are on a budget but for £20 more I’d 100% choose a travelodge!

Good little room, was clean and perfect for solo or couple and the staff were so helpful and sweet

The room was fine, great location for the price, a bit of a bummer the lift doesn't work at night or morning. Had to drag a big suitcase down the stairs.

Photos on internet are a lie, it’s dirty, no confort, not cleaned before we arrive etc etc

Sink falling to pieces, kettle was all brown at the bottom inside, bedding was damp, room smelt damp, no clean mugs all stained, stains on curtains with cigarette burn marks and fire alarm going of at 5am for a good 15mins waking us all up had to call reception who didn’t believe us as they was clearly asleep good job there was no fire as they never bothered to check on us!

Great for a quick stop, can't really say much from the fact that you get what you pay for.

I must say it was a very unpleasant stay. The hallways were permanently cluttered with sheets, making it not only difficult to navigate the already narrow halls but a health hazard too. The room had no hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner or a kettle. All of which should have been included with our stay. And one mug (for a twin room) with zero spoons. The walls were incredibly thin making it so you can hear people in the room next to you having a normal conversation and the doors to the lifts would slam shut making sleep difficult. In the bathroom, the bath panel was held together with white tape and there was no plug for the sink, just a gapping hole that hardly let the water drain away. Yes the hotel was cheaper than average but that doesn't give an excuse to be so awful to stay. Never again. They should be ashamed to advertise this hotel as somewhere to stay. Total revamp needed.
