Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge Reviews

The hotel is located in Knightsbridge, surrounded by luxury brand boutiques and frequented by Middle Eastern and Italian communities. It's quite a distance from major attractions, requiring a taxi or public transport. There are several bus lines nearby, but the subway is a ten-minute walk away. If you're not interested in luxury shopping, I wouldn't recommend staying in this area. However, those who buy luxury goods probably wouldn't choose this hotel anyway. The hotel's facilities are generally a bit outdated. In our room, the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. We mentioned it to maintenance on the first day, but no one came to refill them. Luckily, we had our own, so we didn't pursue it further. The towel rack didn't have heating. The cleanliness was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. The hotel is owned by Chinese proprietors. Our room had a mini-fridge, but we didn't receive the complimentary fruit mentioned in some reviews. The indoor lighting was limited to just two lamps, making it quite dim.

Great location, close to Harrods,Hyde Park and all sorts of transportations, everytime in London, always stay here.

The room was spacious and the facilities were decent. The surroundings were beautiful, and the breakfast was very generous. Harrods and Hyde Park are both nearby.

Not great hotel. Definitely not the star rating given. Not suitable for non-smokers!

We were disappointed in the quality of the room. It was very small and seemed run down. It seems like it had not been updated in a while. Overall, it was not what we expected for a "4 star" hotel at that price point.

The Hotel Staff were friendly & helpful. The room very comfortable & clean . The location is very convenient to shops & restaurants .

This hotel is fantastic! The location is great, with easy access to transportation. For England, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The hotel was quite busy, which just shows how popular it is. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was a bit old, but all the facilities were complete, and getting around was super convenient, with easy access to the subway and buses.

We requested slippers via phone, the front desk says they will deliver one, but turns out they didn’t, they we tried to call again and throughout the night no one took the call at all. Also the shower gel and shampoo were empty and again we couldnt seek help. The carpet doesnt look clean thats why we were so desperate for slippers and shower gel etc, Hugely disappointed, our 60 yrs old senior has no slippers and have to shower with hand wash gel!

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to Harrods, that's it. Don't believe the front desk when they offer you a 'free upgrade' to a club room. It's dark, damp, and has no heating for the AC. The room smells musty.

A little too old amenities, location is good but all The stuff is a bit too old! Time to refurbish
