Location is decent. It’s a 10 minute walk to the tube station. Lobby area is nice but the rooms are small and standard. I don’t know how it’s 4 star

This hotel, a mine, cut off the power to the elevator and air conditioning, and then I lived on the 6th floor with 48kg luggage and carried it down. We have stayed here a few times and we were slightly disappointed this time. Our room was on the ground floor beside the cleaners cupboard and a set of stairs, and had the electric charging points for cars right outside the bedroom window which were used on both mornings we were there. So not the quietest of rooms. Also the throw across the bottom of the bed had a scorch mark in the shape of an iron on it, it would have been better left off the bed. We were out and came back late afternoon to get changed to go to a show but the cleaners had only just got to our room so we couldnt get in at that time which made us need to rush to get sorted and back out in time. The tea bags and milk pots in our room were not replenished during our stay which was disappointing. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go back, these are just a few blips that could easily be sorted.

Hotel is fine, really a 3 star Hotel. Close to subway which is good but be prepared to walk. Breakfast was convenient. Would not necessarily stay here again.

Location was great for my needs. Short walk to Hyde Park to get an evening walk in and easy access to good restaurants. The bed missed the mark though. Mattress was broken so bad it felt like I was sitting on floor.

A mixed bag - the room was clean and the fitness center was adequate. However, the wifi was abysmal (I don't mean you can't stream, I mean you can't even connect to the weather or any maps apps) and it was quite a walk to most places if there is rain.

Good hotel clean near tube. Bathroom very small. Breakfast was limited more vegetarian options needed.
But enjoyed the stay.
