Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse, London West End

Absolutely amazing! The driver who dropped us off told us it might be noisy here, but I stayed for five days and didn't find it noisy at all; I slept wonderfully every night. The service was fantastic. When we checked in, I believe it was a manager and a staff member who helped carry our luggage to the room and explained the room's facilities. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, and a pleasant surprise was that we received fresh fruit daily! At first, I thought it was just a welcome amenity, but to my surprise, when I hadn't eaten it for three days, they replaced it with a fresh batch. The location is superb. Directly across the street is Chinatown, perfect for grabbing water and meals. About 400 meters to the right of the hotel is Piccadilly Circus underground station, which is just 3 stops to the Sherlock Holmes Museum and 6 stops to Paddington Station – super convenient. To the right, about 60 meters, is the Queen's Theatre, home to Les Misérables, and about 200 meters to the left is the theatre showing Harry Potter.

The location is fantastic. Turn right out of the hotel and you're right in Chinatown. After traveling for over ten days, choosing to stay here at the end of our trip was a very smart decision—we could easily find decent Chinese food whenever we wanted. It's also close to Regent Street and the British Museum, making it super convenient.

I specifically booked this hotel to see 'Phantom of the Opera' in the West End. The room was compact, but thankfully my 28-inch suitcase could open up fully. It's right next to Chinatown, which is very lively at night, and it's also within walking distance of various theaters.

The hotel is right near Chinatown and just a five-minute walk from the subway station, which is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and for London, the size was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend it.
