No hotwater shower at the first night (winter time), when asking when hotwater shower is available, counter service is not helpful… feeling not good… no clean up service… had breakfast at the first arrival day and dare to pay for outside breakfast days after…

Not a good hotel

It feels a bit dirty, but the heating is sufficient. I live in the basement. The breakfast is average, but the service is very good. My little cuties are so cute. My little cuties, ah, my little cuties, ah, my little cuties, ah

The staff are very pleasant and smiling and will inform you about all the instructions and activities to do in London.

The room facilities are simple, there is no kettle or teacup, so you can't make tea or coffee. The service is very good! The bed is a bit hard. The breakfast is not a buffet, and eggs, sausages and toast are provided, one per person. There are supermarkets around, which is very convenient.

The transportation is quite convenient. The hotel service is OK. They will help with the luggage and do not accept tips. Breakfast is provided, which is very convenient. But the room is really small, and there is not enough space for two people to turn around. The facilities are old and the plug is loose. After the plug is inserted, it will fall off.

No hot water in the shower

It was something absurd, and it had nothing to do with quality/price but rather a minimum of decorum that any structure must have. The radiator didn't work in the room but there was a bathroom heater that produced sparks if you turned it on full blast. The mattress was worn, a lot... too much. But the bathroom was something embarrassing, a mix of silicone between the joints, a stuck shower tray, a caked shower head and hot water that probably couldn't reach due to the high floor. Hair that isn't ours and dust dominate the room. The breakfast was just enough, on the second morning a really dear and kind lady found herself serving 9 tables together and alone, completely alone even in the kitchen... there was only her. After half an hour a waiter who looked like a runaway arrived and started serving with the hood of his sweatshirt over his head as if he were in a hangover. It was really embarrassing. Excellent location, excellent view, friendly staff or rather almost all. The boy at the reception very kind, the girl very frustrated. We will never return and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Price quality typical in the London area. The small bathroom but more or less like everything there is for this price. If you are going to spend the night alone after a tiring day, it is perfect. You have the Victoria train metro station next door

The hotel is great for the price. Both the location and the facilities inside are good value for money. The heating was good, so I stayed very warm. However, the room is a bit small.

The hotel provides breakfast, toast, omelette, coffee, hot tea, cereal and milk. The front desk is also very friendly. The location is very good. Excellent value for money at this price
