For the price, location and services I honestly couldn't complain. I will definitely check this out if I have to come back to London at some point. Staff were also very helpful and polite.

Room was good and location fantastic, however it was very dusty and felt a bit unclean. Also had a bit of smell.

The location is the only good thing. The amenities are very old. There are hairs on the bed. The exhaust fan in the toilet is super noisy. But the staff are quite nice and helpful.

Can’t say that I would recommend this hotel, but it was a bed to sleep in. The location was very nice with a close underground station and a ***** of restaurants on the next block. I travelled with an elderly lady and we were given a basement room that had a step up to the bathroom. Apparently all other rooms were full, though it sure didn’t seem like it. I would stay here by myself, but would not recommend for elderly people.

Got in from a travel and needed to stay in London to attend a function. So it most more of an emergency find. It came in as I needed it and I honestly didn’t expect much. I wanted a place to lay my head for two days that had clean sheets and comfort. I really loved that it was close to the rail station and a high street with lots of shops. Most important, I loved that they had a no smoking policy in the hotel. Because of how busy the area is, there are lots of people around. Overall, a fair place with room for improvement.

Honestly, I have never been on a worse hotel. The toilet was built inside a wardrobe, with no space for an average person to sit. Room also really hot. The hotel itself does not seem very clean but they use aromas and sprays to trick our senses on that.
If I would ever need a hotel in London again, I would rather book anything else. The night was £91 and honestly, I wished I had booked an ibis budget or Travelodge to have a better chance of a decent sleep.

Covered all my needs. Very clean, hot shower, great central heating.
Appreciated the COVID-safe measures. Smooth check in/out, friendly staff. Older-style hotel but comfortable

Convenient location with pleasant helpful staff
Bathroom cleanliness good but towels thin from long use . Room condition adequate but bedding/bedlinen unnecessarily lacking standard duvet compared to that encountered in rivals at similar level
