Overall a good hostel though the deliberate lack of plugs was challenging. Comfortable beds and large lockers. Other guests were very respectful. However they literally lock up most wall plugs in the room and restrict you to ancient usb-a charging ports at each bed (see pic), which no one even has the cords for anymore! So in my room we had to unplug one of the fans and buy an extension cord just to charge our phones. There's a large bar & restaurant area that you can sit at, but it plays very loud music in the evenings. So the best quiet common area is actually the smoking area haha Always 2 security guys at night, which made it feel extra safe. Good location near British museum, and a short bike ride to the City or Piccadilly. Overall I would stay again

Was saying the night and for some reason the sheets were covered in stains and also they had seem to leave open food on top of the shelf which is disgusting and shows they clearly didn’t bother to clean properly

I stayed for 3 nights. Towels are available for a fee. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the kiosk terminal. I ordered the fish and chips at the restaurant, and they were delicious.

Enjoyed this stay and particularly wanted to shout out Gerard who went above and beyond to make it a fun stay for us and our friends! Great location, good stay, as always easy check in and checkout. Would recommend!

The location was great, only about a 7-minute walk from the nearest station. However, the shower room didn't have a changing area, so it was a bit inconvenient having to get somewhat ready in the room beforehand. Also, since it's a 5-story building with only one elevator, it was quite crowded, and I mostly ended up using the stairs. Despite that, the staff were friendly, and overall, I was satisfied! Thank you! :)

Very disappointing stay.The shower temperature control was broken,so the water was constantly too hot and could not be adjusted.More importantly, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain.The odor was not limited to the bathroom-it spread into the room and was noticeable throughout the stay.It made the room feel unpleasant and significantly affected the overall comfort of the accommodation.opo
