The location is good but it’s a very old and small room. The lobby is nice but the room is really too old!! The pillow is out of shape but still using it. The room that I stay is totally not like the modern room that shown in the picture, I believe some of the rooms are Renovated but some still very old rooms like the one I’m staying, not really recommended for the old rooms like this for this price.

Location was good, near Tottenham Court Road station which is one of the stops on the Elizabeth Line from the airport. Bed looks like a Super Single which barely fits 2. Room is spacious though.

we love staying here .. we had a new room , staff fab, amenities great .. no fault of hotel but was so noisy all night .. even 8 floors up .. cars revving .. people shouting outside .. led to a sleepless night … but hey ho one of those things ..
paid for breakfast as did not book it .. fab choice and could eat as much you liked .. no complaints …
downside .. towels were very small … and our toilet seat was broken .. but nothing major and we did not bother complaining about …

Great spot. Efficient clean quiet room. Terrific breakfast buffet with ample seating. Ali, who works in the hot breakfast line was really lovely and made me a special porridge, which was delicious. Friendly staff. Great location to step out onto Oxford Street to shop or catch a train. Served our needs perfectly.

Clean and near by Tottenham Court Road underground. The water is not warm and the door of shower room was stuck. But they also changed for me another room so it’s fine.

On arrival the check in desk was extremely busy however they were really quick! We were over an hour early and as the rooms were ready they gave us the keys straight away! Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Location was perfect!!! And a 2 minute walk to the dominion theatre to see sister act!! Rooms are small but they had everything we needed for a weekend break. Shower was powerful with plenty of heat. Only criticism is there was no cups to put ice in by the machines and tv channels weren’t the best as they kept buffering. Will definitely stay here again .

The personell was very kind and the location of the hotel is very central.
Good if you want to stay somewhere central in London for 1 or 2 nights at a reasonable cost.
However the rooms are a bit outdated and furniture is very old.
