Awful hotel, sold the dream looks lovely advertised, rooms are tiny, stink, dirty. Spa facilities not working, only pool available then when leaving told I owe £90 for park which wasn’t mentioned when booking Mould on walls

The stay was comfortable and served it's purpose. The check-in and check-out experience isn't great. The receptionist are a bit cold and also didnt follow up sending me my invoice after providing the details. On the other hand, the concierge and bar staff are very nice. My room was very clean, compliments to HK. Jacuzzi and sauna were out of order for my full stay, but the gym itself had enough and decent equipment. Overal great stay for the rate I paid.

I stayed for five days and had a very comfortable experience. The room was a bit small, but the soundproofing was excellent, and the cleanliness was good with daily cleaning. Breakfast was Western-style. There are two subway stations nearby, both just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation convenient. Hyde Park is also about a 30-minute walk from the hotel.

Very clean room, regular queen-size bed which is quite small for a couple to sleep on. Friendly and helpful staff. Tesco nearby. Very close to High Street Kengsinton underground station, literally just a few steps away. Food is great. Indoor pool. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at Holiday in London Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served every morning. There was a great selection of fresh, tasty food, and it was the perfect way to start each day. A special thank you to Sultana, who was an amazing host. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Her outstanding hospitality and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. The room was incredibly small, honestly the smallest I've ever seen in my life. The two single beds, each 0.8 meters wide, felt like you'd fall off if you just turned over. It might be due to the location, but I felt it was very poor value for money.

Really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great selection. Great location and good value for money. Would definitely stay again!
