Great hotel to stay for 1, 2 nights. Kensington Gardens is just around the corner and there are lots or restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by.
Breakfast was very busy, there were not that many staff and they were understandably stressed so that was not a very pleasant experience. Breakfast buffet was ok, but there wasn't much to choose from.

This hotel is located nearby the Bayswater underground station and is very convenient.
The staff is very friendly and willing to help if need their help.
The hotel is old but well manage everything is in good shape except the elevator a bit slow
The Room is clean and equipt with all the necessary stuff although the room I stay in is just a tiny small room.

Second time staying here. A very good hotel in excellent location for Hyde park and surrounding area. Room is clean, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Will stay again.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, the rooms are very small, there is no air conditioning, and it is airtight. No kettle, no slippers, no hair dryer. Also not close to tourist spots, not recommended.

I stayed for two days (Saturday and Sunday). The hotel is just ok. It seemed like they only gave the ba*****t to Asians. I felt racist. They said that on the first day, the only place was underground. So I asked if they could change it for the second day, and they said no and didn't know. In the ba*****t, there were about two other Asian teams other than us. It was a really unpleasant experience. And the sourhead is fixed to the wall. It's really hard to wash just your hair. If it's because of the price, it can't be helped, but if you have some spare time, I recommend going somewhere else.
