City London Hotel

This hotel feels just like home. It has a very British vibe with various fruits available, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. Breakfast is provided, and if you book again, they'll give you a 15% discount.

Facilities: Excellent, with a beautiful design. Hygiene: Great, very clean. Environment: Lovely, and conveniently located near transport. Service: The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. They even helped me find something I left behind, though unfortunately, I'd already returned home, so it was too difficult to retrieve. 😢

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel had a really welcoming atmosphere. Our room was small but spotless. However, it was quite noisy outside at night (machine humming). Breakfast was a bit basic and lacked variety, especially no vegetables. The bed was also too soft.

The hotel service was good, they provided free water and fruit. The breakfast in the morning was also nice, with a decent variety of choices, and unlimited coffee and juice refills. The only downside was that the room was quite small, and the hotel's hallway was also narrow. Overall, it offered good value for money.

This place is spotlessly clean, and the owner is truly dedicated to running it well. The front desk staff, especially the young man, is incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. It's very close to the London Eye and Big Ben, just a 20-minute walk. You can take the 63 bus to King's Cross Station, making day trips to Cambridge and Edinburgh really convenient. Bus 148 offers a scenic route past the city's most iconic attractions – no need for a Big Bus tour! This is my second stay here, and I honestly can't recommend it enough. The breakfast is quite substantial for me, and my Chinese palate was perfectly happy with the eggs, oatmeal, milk, and coffee. They even provide purified water and fruit! It feels like the owner isn't even trying to make money, just completely focused on customer service. There are two supermarkets nearby, and the area feels safe, but I'd advise not coming back too late. London teenagers can be a bit... excitable, to say the least!
