The Place was good but we could’t connect to internet even though it was said that it should be easy without the password.

Don't book this hotel, or you will be very unlucky. I booked this hotel online in advance and received a confirmation letter. But when I arrived at the hotel at 11pm, the staff told me that there were no rooms available. After negotiation, I was transferred to another hotel in the same block. The staff kept guaranteeing that the hotel I changed to was exactly the same, but I checked the price of the hotel I changed to, and it was nearly 50 pounds a night different from the price I originally paid. I immediately pointed out this problem, and the staff said that I could contact them the next day to refund the price difference. But when I contacted them, they refused my request. The staff of this hotel is full of lies and has no integrity. I advise especially girls,not to book it, otherwise you may be like me, walking on the streets of London at 11pm with two big luggages, which is very dangerous.by the way, the room is too small and there is no lifts.

It is very nice place to stay because most of the tourist attraction, bus station and train station all are near by on walking distance. Cheap and comfortable stay , I had spent good time over there. Thanks.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in, but they are comfy, clean and quiet. Excellent location

The hotel do not allow me to check in or use my room just because arriving the hotel late which they never mention when I book the hotel.

The room is small and on the underground first floor, but it is very clean and close to Victoria Station. The front desk is very small and if you want to store your luggage you can only put it next to the front desk. The service staff is very enthusiastic.

The elevator was not working, so it was on the 3rd floor, but it was actually a place for 4 people, so it was very difficult to get up and down. However, the room was small, but clean, and newly remodeled, so it was nice.
