I had amazing stay in that hotel! Highly recommended!

Nice comfortable room. Bathroom nice but a little cold. Service and staff very friendly.

Lovely foyer with complimentary cold drinks and biscuits. Clean room with good quality toiletry products. The bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Good selection of food at breakfast.1

Location is wise but no elevator in the hotel so have to carry the big luggages in & up especially during check out. Anyway the breakfast area is cute

Never stayed in the City before / very quiet clean area / we got an upgrade to a suite All staff so friendly & made us feel special The breakfast was great too Will definitely return

Great location and building atmosphere. Next to Barbican and the City. And easy access to transport. Friendly staff. Maybe gym is a bit small. Suggestion to make the room card for another building accessible to the gym - currently I have to ask staff give me a help every time

There was a lot of dust in room on mirrors desk etc could do with better cleaning. I’d requested a double room in advance but room was setup as twin so had to wait for beds to be pushed together and covered in a single sheet! Was quite annoying after a long day already. Also should at least use a mattress topper when doing this - Would make it a bit more comfortable. Had to go back down and ask for room service menus as nothing provided in room. Tv was also very very dated, needs upgrading to a basic smart tv.

Very nice and classical place love it!

The hotel has a good location, just a short walk from both Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations. The staff were inviting and pleasant, making us feel welcome. However, the hotel has a somewhat dated feel, particularly in the rooms. The carpet was fraying at the edges, and there were a few cosmetic issues in the room. While we had a perfectly pleasant night, I am uncertain if the hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating.

Good hotel just outside the busy neighborhoods. Metro stations are a short walk away, so it’s easy to travel around.
