I’m 5 foot 7 and the bed was a bit short for me which was annoying. The bed was shorter so the door to the bathroom could open. After we left we could leave our luggage during the day which was very helpful. Convenient walking distance to Victoria transport hub.

Hotel is clean. Staffs are nice. Complimentary coffee & tea. Location is excellent. Close to tube, victoria coach station & bus stop. Free wifi.

My room was on the 4th floor, no elevator, which wasn't specified anywhwere, so I guess people with mobility issues are definitely not welcome.
The room smelled dirty and the ensuite bathroom had not been cleaned: the shower walls and floor were still wet, there was soap and stains on the mirror and the toilet bowl was dirty. Disgusting. When I asked the manager about all this, his explanation was that "the cleaning lady who does all the floors is a very old lady and sometimes she misses things". He smiled, shrugged and proceeded to wipe the mirror with a towel, which he then threw on the floor. Terrible experience: expensive, inaccessible for people with mobility issues and disgustingly dirty.

Paid for a double room and the bed clearly wasn’t a double, tv was so small couldn’t see it from bed and paid a lot more compared surrounding bigger branded hotels, if you are a larger person don’t book as won’t get through the doors, card machine wasn’t working properly and had to make 3 seperate payments, the gentleman on the front was helpful and the room was clean hence why got 2 stars

The room in its entirety was extremely small. No closet, no real amenities. Shower/ bathroom was tiny, my partner was unable to stand up in the shower they are 6’2in height. The bed was basically springs covered in a sheet, pillows were extremely flat. The room was clean and conveniently located to Victoria station. Decent food options in the area and east to get to places from. If you are looking for comfort or space we would not reccomend this location.

We were in room 14. Small room with all the amenities. TV remote wouldn't work but was changed as soon as I reported the problem. Unfortunately the room directly above us had VERY squeaky floorboards and the occupants walked around throughout the night/early morning.

The room was too small, there was no phone, it was dirty, and the bathroom was so small that I couldn't sit on the toilet bowl, so I had to sit next to it. It was the first horrible experience I've had in my life. I hope ******* doesn't book any more horrible places like this.

The hotel is in a handy location, the rooms are clean and neat, and the staff is friendly. It’s not fancy, but it’s a comfy and quiet place to sleep. The bed is good, but the small bathroom can make showering a bit tricky due to water splashing. They don’t serve breakfast, but you can get a cup of coffee. It’s an okay choice for the price, just keep your expectations in check
