Amazing experirence

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Its small size means there aren't many amenities to enjoy. The food at the Japanese restaurant is terrible; the toro sushi even had a white string in it. Be wary of being assigned a basement room (ba*****t floor). I'm not sure if this is discrimination or something else; on my first day, I was assigned a basement room with no sunlight (the front desk insisted the room was the same price). It feels like white people and Japanese people wouldn't be treated this way. You can write to request a higher floor, but the hotel rarely reads emails. I requested this before check-in, but after checking in, I contacted the front desk, and she was embarrassed, saying she had only just seen the email. The management is truly poor, and the service standards expected of a Japanese hotel are completely different.

The location is very convenient. The environment is good, the room is clean, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that the room is a little small.

The rooms in London are not very big, but they are well-equipped and warm. You can choose your breakfast according to your taste, and there is also an all-day Japanese meal. It is a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and a shopping street across the street, which is very good.

It is a ten-minute walk from Oxford Street and Bond Street and a five-minute walk from Hyde Park. The service is warm and the hotel facilities are complete.
