Citi Hotel London Heathrow

It is a neat place and great place and also close to the airport so the location is great and calm.

One of the cheaper options to stay near Heathrow airport. Quite clean and neat but only can reach by bus or driving. If one carry luggage gotta plan better beforehand. Nice window view.

On arrival we went into our room to have moths flying around the room, and an ant on my fresh towels that was in the bed and a beetle crawling up the wall. After getting rid of the bugs we attempted to put the air con on which I specifically chose that room for. The display was just flashing and it wouldn’t come on I went to the reception desk and he can and switched it on but after 5 minutes it turned itself off, I think he knew it was broken as he knocked on the door with a pedestal fan to use which was dirty. There was also mould in the shower. Would definitely not recommend.

its clean and good for travellers but you have to checkout early around 10am.

Poor room, we booked a compact double with no window, but even the photos show the room to be bigger than what we had. There’s nowhere to put your phone next to the bed, no sockets by the bed, and you have to get out of the bed under the tv on the wall as there’s no floor space. If you take a suitcase you’ll have to leave it by the door as there’s no other room. Even the toilet roll holder is over the toilet brcause it’s so small, so you can’t sit down to use the toilet! Definitely wouldn’t book again, the rooms are very hot and you have to ask reception (who are non existent overnight) to adjust the temp as it’s centralised.

Area good for getting to the airport also very easy to get into London by bus or tube. Not many places to eat around hotel ie walking distance
