Too noisy from top floor i couldn’t sleep all night and the room is dirty plus water not working inside the room the price is too much for this

This is the worse place I have ever been filthy run down dump. We was scared to get in the bed covering in case we caught something. I did try to book somewhere else to stay bet everywhere was full. I have a video if you would like to see it

Convenient location and good value for price. Basic room with TV which doesn't work. Towels and shampoo gel packet provided but nothing else. Carpets not been cleaned awhile it seems..

Great location, however this place is a bit old if you ask me. This place works well for short stays and great for tourists who’s looking forward to see places like chinatown or soho.

The location is good, near the British museum, which is good, but shared bathroom is bad, and not smell well.

Absolutely disgusted, got kidney stones few hours before travelling, they would not let me change the date with an admin fee. I will never use your service again, and i will pass this story on. You should all be ashamed off yourselves.

I paid twice. 1st the hotel deduct from my bank card. 2nd I paid at property. The hotel said I will received my money back within 24 hours. But, I still not receive it yet. Hopefully they are honest and return back my money.

It's just the worst. Think of it as a basement room. It was like a prison. Shared bathroom. It was hard to find the bathroom. It was like a maze. Spend more money and go somewhere else.

The train strike forced me to stay overnight. There was no toilet in the room, so I had to go to the public toilet. The soundproofing was terrible. When I walked in the corridor, I always felt like someone was about to push the door open. But the front desk staff was quite polite.

Not average bad, very bad, very very bad, highly not recommended. It can't even be called a hotel. The so-called front desk is an Indian. There is no check-in system. A copper key is all you need for check-in. There is no elevator, and the corridor is narrow and steep. You can carry your luggage to the third floor by yourself. There are only beds when you enter the door, and the whole room has 3 beds. The bed, all the furniture was just 2 dilapidated bedside tables. The room smelled, stuffy and not ventilated, the windows were closed and couldn't be opened for ventilation. The toilet and shower are 0.5*0.5 meters respectively, just enough to fit the next person, the floor is disengaged, and it makes a rattling sound when walking over. The bed is a simple bed + simple mattress. Makes one just want to escape. In general, it is a state where the second landlord put together improvised, closes the door and leaves at any time. It is recommended that Ctrip close its cooperation with them.
