Rooms are specious, neat and tidy. Housekeeping service is good too. Frandly and helpful front-desk staffs. Good location even though slightly away from the city centre but well connected throgh public trasport systems.

I stayed for 3 nights. There was no refrigerator, and the hairdryer was broken. The handle was deteriorated, and when I turned it on, it made a strange noise and then smoke came out. I contacted the front desk, and when I brought the hairdryer to them, they said the housekeeper wasn't there and it would have to wait until tomorrow. When I said I needed to use it now, they brought one from somewhere, but it rattled loudly. There was no refill of body wash or toilet paper. I managed for a day with the small amount of toilet paper that was left. Since there was no body wash at all, I told the front desk, and again they said the housekeeper wasn't there until tomorrow. But when I asked if there was anything they could do, they gave me a small body wash at the front desk. The cleanliness of the room and the air conditioning were fine and comfortable, but the amenities were terrible.

Booked this hotel for an exam and it was excellent! The front desk lady was super patient and helped me print a bunch of documents 🩵. She didn't show any frustration even though I printed several pages while adjusting the size – really appreciate that. Unexpectedly, I got an accessible room, which meant a massive bathroom and a huge, incredibly spacious room. A big plus is the power outlets right by the bed; so many hotels in Europe don't have them, making it awkward to charge your phone by the bed. Also, a big thumbs up for the air conditioning! It was scorching hot in London the past two days, over 30 degrees Celsius. The breakfast selection wasn't huge and generally wasn't great, but the roasted potatoes were delicious! I wanted to go back for more, but by the time I was ready, they had already packed up. Even the scrambled eggs, which I thought would be a safe bet, weren't good – so flat! British cooking really leaves a lot to be desired sometimes.

Ww were there during MCM London, location is just a few minutes away by foot so it was very convinient! So it was fine all in all, nothing special, bathroom door was quite hard to lock.

Facilities: The facilities are decent and generally quite new. Hygiene: The hygiene is acceptable, and overall it's pretty clean. Environment: The environment is good, and the room is quite spacious. Service: The service is alright, no major issues.

Great location if you need to go to London city airport or work in EXCEL London, or even take an exam in the EXCEL centre. Would like to come back if needed.

Decided to stay for one night last minute, right by the airport. The breakfast was quite good for the price, making it good value for money. The F&B staff were also excellent. The room wasn't small, but there was an older lady at the front desk who was very rude.

Very spacious room. Breakfast is ok just all the same everyday. No drinking bottle water is a bit pity.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spotless. Having an AC in the rooms made our stay comfy. We will definitely come back to Hampton By Hilton.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was good and cleanliness was excellent. Mini fridge not included but it’s okay. Massive large towels provided and bed was comfy. Good selection of teas and coffees but it would be great if they could provide herbal tea options. Fitness suite was great and guests can access using their key card anytime as it’s 24 hr access. Breakfast buffet was great, appreciated the vegan milk made available as I don’t drink dairy. All in all great stay. Just one niggle; for whatever reason no reuse rubbish bags were provided by housekeeping for room and bathroom bins, which I would have preferred for disposing rubbish more hygienically. Other than that, all good 😊

Very close to ExCeL and the Tube station. The breakfast was also decent, at least there were hot options...

First time staying in the Docklands area and I enjoyed the area and the hotel. Good breakfast and decent gym. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located near the convention center and has excellent facilities. The front desk staff are very welcoming. Breakfast can get a bit crowded. There's a parking lot nearby, and it's about a 5-minute walk to the light rail station. It's situated by the River Thames, directly across from the City Airport. The downside is there are no shops or supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, which is a bit inconvenient.

Average nothing spectacular compared to other Hampton I’ve stayed in location is and breakfast is good but no fridge and microwave for hotel guest
