My stay at MSK Residence London was truly wonderful. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The overall atmosphere was warm and professional, and every detail was handled with care. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service in London.

A clean and comfortable facility

The checking in process was easy. I booked a Deluxe Double Studio. It was a nice room. It was very close to shops and restaurants. And there was a tube around the corner. The room was clean and the neighbourhood felt safe. We were advised to change to a room facing the back as it was a very hot day. So we did. However we saw the room we were originally going to get when it was getting cleaned the following morning and it was much bigger and had a couch. In hindsight I should have asked if the rooms were the same size before accepting the advice.

My family and i booked this hotel. In our room the carpet on the stairs were filled with stains, all the white fabric around the bed frame were yellow, the bath was filled with hair and dirt, the toilet paper was stained with yellow spots, the room itself was very dirty, there were ants all over the room not only on the floor but also on the beds. I would advice everyone to never book this hotel. We had to change hotels because of how bad the room were.

Booked a room + terrace for myself and two adult daughters for a birthday weekend in London. Terrace was completely unusable as there was no seating/furniture due to ‘outdoor seating being suspended by the council’ presumably for noise pollution. On the website, the terraces show seating which is misleading. The weather was lovely so it felt particularly galling to not be able to sit outside when I’d deliberately booked a room with outdoor space. Also, there are signs saying ‘only 2 people allowed on the terrace at one time - no good for a family of 3 even if we’d been prepared to sit on the ground! Separately, the double room was small with no usable plug sockets for eg a mobile phone and no bedside space/lamp etc. Very polite and friendly reception staff but that didn’t compensate for lack of promised amenities.

Horrific stay, the headboards were alive with thousands of bed bugs and eggs my friend was eaten alive. Changed rooms however, the original bug infested room was let out again the same day despite not being fumigated. The reception staff did not seem shocked or surprised when we showed them video footage of the bed bugs. We were attending the Kylie concert and lost half a day, changing rooms (which was a downgrade on the original booking) and buying new pjs. We have sent numerous emails and not had one reply despite being discreet regarding the bugs when reporting the issue. Weekend was ruined due to the stress and also the subsequent days after when the bites showed up. I could go on but the attached photographs speak for themselves.
