We stayed here for one night and it was perfect for exploring London, The room was a good asize with a very comfortable bed.

The room was fine. The standard Premier Inn room. The hotel itself was looking a bit tired and in need of a coat of paint in the common areas. The shower in the room had great pressure but the fixing was broken, and the overhead rain shower was leaking so that when you turned it on it sprayed water all over the room. So I had to use the hand shower which I had to hold as the holder was broken. Room was clean. I was at a conference in the same building so the location was very convenient. It is close to Waterloo station and right next to the Thames and Westminster bridge so would be great if you were a tourist.

I booked this hotel for the second half of my holiday in London. It's located just behind the London Eye, within a five-minute walk of Westminster, Big Ben, the London Eye, and the South Bank. It's also nearby Waterloo tube and train stations, making it quite convenient, though public transportation is a bit more complicated. Hotel cleanliness is a concern, but only after consulting the front desk. Breakfast is traditional English, and the mushrooms are delicious. Highly recommended.

The advantage is that the location is very good, the restaurant is also very convenient, and most of the people staying here are British working-class people.

Average hotel and expected more from prime location! Couldn't figure out who the staff were in the front area? No check in desk which wasn't good amd made it worse! Paid for early check in to be told no rooms were ready so 10 min wait in the bar no one in the bar serving so took 15 mins to find a staff member to help with that! Finally got in the room 35 to 45 mins later! Also told breakfast was till 10:30am and turns out it was 10am so nearly missed it! Very poor!

Great location with decent rooms. Service was really great, special thanks to Diana the manager! Breakfast was good as well, team working really hard!

Not the best premier inn by far. Reception area very messy. And despite being 3.30 room was not ready so had to wait Only one person on reception and lack of towels in the room
