Premier Inn London Leicester Square

A decent, but not special Premier Inn. The hotel needs investment in the entrance. Expensive, but that’s London for you.

The location is great, but I can not advise staying here. The whole atmosphere of the place is dingy and soulless. The room was cold and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. There was a bright security light outside which lit the room even with the curtains drawn. At breakfast when the manager asked me how I slept I politely told him that there had been some issues. At this point his manner completely changed. He became almost aggressive, all but accused me of lying, and insinuated that I was completely to blame for this by not getting up in my pyjamas in the middle of the night and complaining at the time (and presumably changing rooms, in the middle of the night!). After a poor night’s sleep I found his attitude very upsetting. Was I supposed to lie when he asked me and say I’d had the best sleep ever? Breakfast was great and the staff working the breakfast room were very kind and helpful. But overall I would advise avoiding this place.

Everything you would normally expect from Premier Inn- comfortable, clean, great shower etc but what sets this one apart is the fabulous location. We chose to stay here as we were going to a late night show in central London and as 2 females we didn't fancy having to navigate transport back to a hotel at 3am! This hotel was easy walking distance of our venue. We would definitely book here again if we decide to attend the London Eurovision Party again next year!

We stayed here on April 2nd for one night. It’s accessed via a door just off Leicester Square. You go in a lift up to reception. Staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. We took one of their standard rooms which are a little small but fine for an overnight. The only minor gripe was the shower which was low powered and took a while to get a steady hot flow. Breakfast was good, nice quality sausages and bacon, decent coffee. Checkout was midday which gave us time in the morning for a relaxing walk before grabbing our bags and heading home. Overall not bad if you want an easy overnight stay right in the heart of the west end.

Large room in heart of London at very competitive price, although I think it will get more expensive in the summer. Bed large and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and smiling which is great to see. Would definitely return. So close to underground and centre of city.

comfortable room and very good service from friendly staff. Breakfast choice and quality very good. Restaurant not too busy very calm and relaxed. Location makes this an ideal stop for London theatres and galleries. All within walking distance.

Had an amazing experience at Leicester Square premier Inn. Very friendly welcome, able to book in early so able to explore London, very comfortable nights sleep and very welcome full English breakfast in the morning, extremely satisfied, will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel as it is in the centre of Leicester Square, very relevant to where we wanted to be over the couple of days. On arrival at the hotel we were met by a Receptionist as the lift was being renovated and could only be used by a member of staff. Taken up to Reception area to get signed in and then taken to our clean comfortable room . The room was sufficiently large with storage and hanging areas for clothing. Kettle, coffee and tea and tv available. An ensuite with a great shower, and, not least, a lovely big bed. On leaving the room to go to reception or to leave the hotel, assistance was there promptly for the lift. We had booked in for breakfast on the mornings which provided very good choices to start the day. We had spent a couple of days at this hotel, very comfortable with pleasant staff and as such we are returning there for another short break.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is in a perfect location for a visit to London. It was clean and the staff are very welcoming. Early check in, was worth the extra £10. We had a triple room, which was a good size. Brilliant views of Leicester Square. Highly recommend this hotel.
