Good location just 5mins from stations.. It was a good stay unable to check in early without Top-Up payment.. but in opposite the hotel allows you to check out late till 12pm.. we were given 2 drinks voucher in their bar. That’s kind and nice treat! Will visit again

The staffs were very friendly and helpful whenever needed. They will assist and provide related information needed.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington Station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Clean  and convenient location. Very good breakfast and Elaine is v friendly and helpful.  However rooms are small -‘luggage bags put below the bed to get more space

Excellent location particularly for those who have to go to the anirport early in the morning.  Not spacious but very , very efficient.

Hotel location is excellent. Lots of shops, restaurants and Paddington station only steps away. Hotel is older property, and it shows...entire place is kind of run down. Rooms are small, but adequate. Wifi is unstable. I was only at the hotel for one overnight stay and the wifi went down multiple times and/or the speed was so slow I had trouble accessing websites. Interestingly enough they tout it as being superfast internet...which it definitely was not during my stay. Service/staff was fine. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Upon check in, I was offered (and accepted) an upgrade to a larger room for only £12, however that room was pretty small, so I can't imagine how much smaller the original room I booked was. Overall, it was a quick and pleasant stay. I would hesitate to book again just due to the Internet issues, but if that isn't as important to someone else, then I would recommend staying here to other guests.

The hotel is located near Paddington, convenient for airport access. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making supplies easy to obtain. The rooms are small and had a slight odor, but for London hotel prices, it offers good value for money with air conditioning and an all-you-can-eat breakfast. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to London.

Clean and hygienic, quiet in a busy area. Free tea and coffee are available at the front desk. The owner is very friendly and gave each of us a drink. Transportation is very convenient, close to Paddington Station and the subway entrance.

The room was very small, however for one person, no major issues. Convenient location, good staff, including breakfast This price is very cost-effective, breakfast options are acceptable, clean and hygienic.

Too expensive, not cost-effective.
