We stayed at the hotel for about a week. The service at the front desk and in the room was excellent. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very good. The staff was attentive and took care of any problems, and all this in an excellent location of the hotel and at a fair price. We will definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel Good location But no amenities provide just saltbath

The room was quite spacious, very bright, and received plenty of sunlight. I stayed for three nights. It was incredibly convenient for visiting the British Museum, and dining and shopping were also very easy, as everything was within walking distance.

The wardrobe in the room was broken. I called multiple times for a repair, but no one showed up, and when someone finally did, they couldn't fix it. The overall quality of the facilities and service was disappointing, completely wasting its excellent location.

Recommended place to stay in London. They have one small issue: they don't have a fridge in the room.

A historic four-star hotel located directly opposite the British Museum, making it a convenient base for exploring major attractions on foot. However, it offered very poor value for money. A 'one-bedroom suite' costing over 6000 surprisingly turned out to be nothing more than a king-size room with an added sofa bed. When I raised this with the front desk, they simply stated it was indeed a suite, despite clearly not matching the advertised photos. I will not be staying here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. However, the service provided was not satisfactory - from check in when the lady at reception seemed inconvenienced to have guests arrive to the breakfast managers unwelcoming attitude. In addition to the poor service, the room was extremely small and the AC did not work, I did not feel value for money especially with the cost of the stay.

We were checked in by an extremely helpful member of staff who took the time to ask us about the purpose of our trip, he also gave us a complimentary upgrade which was really lovely. The breakfast was great,a little on the lukewarm side but we did go down to eat at 9.45. The lovely girl who checked us out also asked about our stay,she was really genuine. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to London.

The layout of the room is very different from what was given by hotel. Although the front manager is helpful and trying to give us a good layout , the last room given comes with bad smell in toilet , kind of fishy . Despite of several time of cleaning, the smell still persist during our whole stay that I have to bear with it . The front desk manage has given us free breakfast as compensation, but I would rather to be given a room that was shown in the photo. What I see should be what I get .

amazing location, very helpful and friendly staff. however a thorough upgrade of hardware or regular maintenance is much needed especially bathroom; water leaking everywhere during shower.
