Great service! They upgraded our room when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the location is fantastic for getting to Soho and other areas. The turndown service was a thoughtful touch. The facilities are a bit old but fully functional. The only downside is the lack of a refrigerator.

The hygiene, ambiance, and service were all great. They even gave out chocolate cake as a gift during the Spring Festival. However, the facilities could be improved. The toilet was a bit small, and it was rare to find both a bathtub and a shower, which felt cramped. The lighting design could also be better (though this might be a premium expectation for this class of hotel). The biggest drawback, though, is the lack of a gym, which makes it unsuitable for long stays.

The room was incredibly small; once the luggage was in, there was barely any space left to move around. The welcome experience was non-existent, and the separate restaurant had no staff in the morning. When running hot water, the room made a sharp, screeching noise. At night, the room temperature was too high, and the air conditioning was very loud. Most importantly, the room had no soundproofing—I could clearly hear conversations and even the water heater from the adjacent room. The overall experience was poor, although the hotel's location is good.

The hotel's architecture beautifully blends ancient and modern styles, creating a stunning look! The interiors are elegantly furnished, and the service is impeccable. Both the front desk and restaurant have staff who speak Chinese, so there's absolutely no need to worry about language barriers. The location is truly excellent. It's right behind the London School of Economics, and you can walk to King's College and the University of London in about 15 minutes in different directions. The British Museum and National Gallery are also just a 20-minute walk away. For shopping, Oxford Street and Covent Garden are only 10-15 minutes on foot. Getting around by subway or bus is very convenient, and there are plenty of Chinese and Western dining options nearby. The hotel's own breakfast and other meals are also fantastic.

Choosing Rosewood was definitely the best decision this time. It certainly didn't disappoint. 1. Excellent location. 2. Exceptional service – they have Chinese staff and respect Chinese guests. 3. Quiet rooms, and issues were promptly resolved. 4. Delicious food. 😋 5. All staff were warm and attentive. 6. The supermarket at the entrance is very convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to London.

My stay in London this time was very satisfying. The hotel has a long history, but the renovations are still well-maintained. The breakfast room seems to have been recently renovated; it looks very new and stylish.

My favorite hotel in London! This is my second stay here after a few years, and the location is absolutely fantastic. You can walk to the British Museum, Covent Garden, and Chinatown, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the subway station. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and the breakfast is delicious!

The hotel was almost empty — at breakfast in the mornings there were no more than three tables occupied at the same time — yet we were assigned the furthest corner room, which felt more like a narrow corridor than a proper hotel room. The view overlooked a dirty rooftop. Given the low occupancy, it was obvious that the hotel had the option to offer a more comfortable room. Breakfast deserves a separate mention. To access the restaurant, guests have to leave the hotel and go outside, putting on a jacket, as there is no internal entrance. For a hotel of this level, this is a very strange and inconvenient setup. The food quality was also disappointing — the toast looked as if it had been prepared the day before. An attempt to use the spa facilities was also unsuccessful. Despite the advertised opening hours until 10:00 pm, the spa was actually closed at 6:30 pm — apparently exactly when the massage therapist finished their shift. Guests’ needs for the sauna or steam room later in the evening clearly did not seem to be a priority. Overall, the hotel felt completely unwelcoming, with very formal service and a noticeable lack of customer orientation. For a brand of this caliber, this was a major disappointment. The only consistently pleasant part of the experience was the warm welcome from the staff at the entrance. They always opened the doors for us and spoke so kindly, making us feel genuinely welcomed — as if we were the most desired guests.

The room layout was great, the lobby was beautiful, and the breakfast selection was quite diverse. The mini-bar in the room offered a good variety of items, the front desk staff had excellent service attitudes, and room service was prompt.

The environment exceeded my expectations, and the reception staff were warm and thoughtful.
