2-Star Hotels in London

The toilets in the hotel were large but the sinks were very small and it was very difficult to wash your face and brush your teeth, the air conditioning was warm and the overall appearance was clean, however the rooms were very sound proof.

Service and check in on arrival was excellent. The room was fin, clean and serviceable. It was close to where we needed to be for an early departure in the morning. The only criticism I had was that the windows were absolutely filthy and you could barely see out of them!

Very convenient place which only few street from Woolrich Station, clean, nice customer service, staff friendly, only without teeth brush & slpeey shoes.

Walls were not clean when we arrived and lots of cobwebs on door surface especially around metal frame. We had to check out at 11 so plenty of time for rooms to be cleaned and turned around. Bedclothes are extremely old and worn. They should be replaced as they look like they were bought and in use since the last century, an old relative is only person who I would imagine has such textiles. Beds were very small so again when was the last time furniture was updated. Bathroom was ok but very old shower. Overall the price vs standard of accommodation does not match up and I would recommend only visiting this hotel as a last resort. With more investment, it could be better as the location is quite good.

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have made a difference. kind of expect at least a kettle and a cup with a few tea bags. Great location for Hyde Park, Notting Hill area with Bayswater tube a 4min walk. I am OK with stairs but the lack of lift could catch people out especially if on the top floor, steep stairs and lots of them. Would come back to. Room clean with no issues at all.

Amazing place with friendly stuff, very well predisposition in everything, ve eh happy, I would definitely come back.. also is ver well located. It has a good lobby to stay there did you need to do a bit of time and lockers for your luggage

Excellent hostel in an excellent area, easy access to the tube, clean, helpful staff great value I always choose to stay here when travelling I highly recommend you book it will tick all your hostel boxes

i slept 10 hours in a mixed 12-people room so the bed was great :) the showers also clean, big and you can choose the temperature. a lot of options to eat in the evening. very friendly hosts. for €24 this was more than okay. they gave me free milk and a bowl and spoon for my cereals

I love this place! So clean and comfy, the little kitchenette is so handy and the location is really good for easy access to both tube and buses! I’ve stayed here twice cause I love it and for the price you can’t really complain. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. Overall a great place to stay when you’re in London!

Absolutely great value for money. Had a great stay here. The hostel is clean and very central. Literally 5 steps away from the tube station that gives access to the main London attractions in less than 10min. The check in is at the Pub downstairs, which is also the entrance to the hostel. Staff is great and always willing to help. Toilets were clean and never had a problem there (bring your own towel or pay 5£ for one, and you can keep it after). Food at the pub is good and the breakfast is simple but effective. Booking directly has big advantages (I booked 2 nights through booking and another directly with them - it’s cheaper, includes late checkout, pub discounts and 20% off in the next visit). The pub is open 24/7 for guests only, and there is no loud music or people screaming in late hours - so you don’t get bothered at all if sleeping at the hostel, and you can always go down for a beer if you feel thirsty. Free luggage room to leave your bags before/after checking in/out. Will definitely go back here when visiting London again. Thanks guys !
