Very beautiful and clean hotel, the lobby is also very nice, the lady at the front desk is very gentle and even helps to carry the suitcases, it's great šš»

Quite a bog standard Hilton. The location was ok, good for me as I like walking and I wanted to be somewhere a bit different to where I had been before. Reasonably close to a tube. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby.
The place was clean and the bed was comfy. It was just fine, nothing more than that. Reception area was nice, staff friendly but the room was bland and edging on tired. I didn't eat in the hotel. The toiletries and complimentary water was nice and the towels and shower were decent. I've stayed in worse places, I've stayed in better places.

A shower without a door or a curtain is not avant-garde, itās not modern, itās not even clever; itās just a headache and inconvenience for hotel guests and cleaning staff alike.Ā
The faucet in the shower is very modern. Two knobs, one which turns the water on, and the other which selects whether the water comes out of the fixed shower head above, or the movable shower wand. Choose wrong and enjoy a blast of ice cold water from above.Ā
This is not something a person wants to figure out when they step into the shower first thing in the morning.

Itās ok, my room was a bitpoly and the bathroom was small but it was ok. Breakfast is excellent. I had a drink and a bite to eat at the bar itās quite expensive. Free water in the room.

This hotel offers decent value for money with standard amenities and satisfactory breakfast options. However, I was deeply disappointed by their post-check-out protocol regarding forgotten items.
During my stay, I left several opened and unopened food items in the room's refrigerator. Unfortunately, the staff disposed of or retained these items without attempting to notify meāa stark contrast to my recent experience at a rural Liverpool hotel, where the front desk promptly informed me about a forgotten perfume. While the financial loss here was minor (around Ā£30), the lack of communication reflects poorly on customer care standards.Ā
For a reputable establishment in London, such oversight is unexpected. I urge management to revise their policies: a simple message to guests about abandoned belongings would greatly improve trust and professionalism.
The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean, the location is amazing, shopping and dining are super convenient! It's a pity that I only stayed for one day, I should have stayed here every day!

Excellent stay at Millennium Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were warm and helpful, and breakfast was deliciousāgreat variety. Perfect location: just steps from Gloucester Road Station, with lovely restaurants and a charming tea house next door. Highly recommend!
We spent a 3 day stay in the hotel the area is really great there are so many things to do the bus the metro are not very far 5 min walk
The hotel was clean we were able to get into the room 2 hours before the scheduled time.
The staff was very friendly

Hotel is quite old and seems to be starting to run down. The hotel had to perform an essential electrical panel change starting at 10am but didnāt advise the guests until after 11am. They werenāt sure how long it would take. As a visitor to London we were fine with that. So in the am they provided some portable lighting so we could shower etc. when we came back to the hotel in the evening, inserted the key card and opened a light and poof our light went out. The duty manager who said he would come back to us, couldnāt find the portable lighting, and after 45 minutes went to the lobby to see what was happening. They finally decided to offer us another room to sleep in for the night. Anyways, the following day I happened to see the hotel manager by chance in the restaurant and after a chat they offered to credit one night stay which we appreciated. Love the location.

It is an old four-star hotel. You can feel the creaking of the floor through the carpet. The facilities and hygiene are completely fine. The location is also good. It is close to Natural History, VA Museum, Science Museum, Harrods, Imperial College (very small, not recommended), etc., and it is within walking distance. Their service staff are very friendly and will greet you in London accent. On the first day of breakfast, our child stood next to the coffee machine looking for the button for hot chocolate (the hotel we stayed in before had coffee and hot chocolate all in one machine). The waiter took the initiative to ask, and after learning that the child wanted to drink hot chocolate, he took the initiative to go to the bar at the door and make a cup! Very considerate service! At breakfast, I found that the restaurant was mostly British elderly people.

Great
LLelayunusLocation is great. Place is aesthetically amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only bad thing about the room is the ventilation. So the whole room will smell for a long while after you cook. Even if you open your windows. Sometimes I can smell my neighbourās cooking. So pls standby fabric spray for your clothes. The food options at the restaurant is limited. But the pizza is good! Would also be great if guests can enjoy discounts when we dine at the restaurants. Also love that the laundry is free to use as well.
GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options.
Would stay again and recommend to others.
Only down points were told they didnāt offer bottles of water (even though my Hilton honors stated I get water), and also issue with heating/aircon in room and it was very cold, but they did supply electric heaters.

YYidianlvxingrijiThe hotel is very close to the subway station, a 2-minute walk away. There is a Marks & Spencer supermarket at the door. Starbucks, KFC and various restaurants are also very close. The British Museum, Big Ben and other important attractions are all accessible by subway. The windows are quite comfortable. The rooms are not big. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic. The breakfast is a standard English breakfast, but the breakfast has not changed during my three nights. The hotel is in an old house with old facilities. The bathroom upstairs is leaking. I arrived late on the first night and the room I was given was in the basement with no windows. I was moved to a room on the first floor the next day. The good location is the biggest advantage.
GGuest UserI have enjoyed my stay very much and all staff we lovely and very helpful especially Arsha .our room was big and very spacious and bed was really comfortable . The breakfast was a bonus and very nice with many variety. The location of hotel is in central London and there is a nearby underground d about 600-700 meter .I recommend this hotel to everyone especially families. I will definitely come back again
NNitchree TanunthonsawatHow incredible of the Marriot can be. We were super tired after the long-haul flight, by the time we arrived hotel was around 8am. The reception assisted us and told that the room was ready and well-prepared. So we could check-in then. We were so happy to refresh ourselves after the flight.
The room was neat and clean every day I could say.
The breakfast was variety and delicious indeed.
Next time if London is our plan, definitely go back!
BBuhemeishikafeiYes, it is an apartment reform. Very close to the department store.
The only downside is that the room we were given was in the basement and the room smelled like curry. The sound of walking on the floor can be heard every day, and the restaurant is above the room. It would be nice if you lived upstairs.
KKMAdventureQueenWe enjoyed our stay so much! Such a lovely cosy hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went that extra mile to make our stay more delightful. The continental and full English were both lovely. Thank you for having us! Kelly & Nora
