Honestly, the service was excellent, and the English breakfast was a proper hearty one. But you know, London is always pricey. The pool was also nice; I felt the water could be even clearer with proper chemical treatment.

The best Marriott in London, the room card is very cute, I said I like 🐑 and 🐱, and the front desk specially found it for me. I feel very comfortable staying with Marriott Platinum. If you are not a member, I recommend booking a room with a lounge, where you can see Big Ben.

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in the UK. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, truly living up to Marriott's excellent reputation – I was extremely satisfied. It's located in London's new financial hub, and getting to Heathrow Airport is super convenient since the Elizabeth Line is right nearby, offering direct service.
The location is good. It's close to metro station that you can get to most of the scenic spots easily. There are quite a number of restaurants & supermarkets along the street. You don't need to worry about eat & get everything you need conveniently. The only thing is housekeeping hasn't refill the lotion after daily clean up. But they refill it after I leave a note in toilet.
The service staff are very enthusiastic, but the funny thing is that I changed it because I saw this hotel has an elevator, but in the end I was thrown into a room on the first floor with stairs. I had just got off the plane and took a bus into the city in the afternoon during peak hours. I was carsick and jet-lagged, so I thought it didn't matter when I saw the first floor. The hotel concierge helped me move the luggage. I was alone with my child, and I didn't want to bother with it for two nights... As a result, this side building has no occupancy rate at all. It is indeed quiet, but there is an early subway rumbling... I thought it's better to have less trouble than more, so I was outside during the day, but I saw that the occupancy rate was not high in the past two days. It was obviously next to the elevator room, and I always felt uncomfortable being arranged here.
The hotel catering, concierge and health service staff are all enthusiastic and lovely, and they will answer any questions... I hope everyone will check the room location clearly when checking in, and don't be like my mother and I who are afraid of trouble and don't change it immediately

My son and I recently had a wonderful stay at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, we both had the same feeling as we returned home. Thank you guys you are amazing! The doormen and concierge were especially helpful, giving great advice about football match. Highly recommend this place.

During the epidemic, check-in, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the hotel facilities were not bad. The key location is good, about half an hour walk away from Soho. Walk to Regent Square in three minutes

Booked a 1.5 twin room, 3 people live with the child, the room is clean and tidy, and it is considered spacious. The hotel is a little far from the subway, 8 minutes walk, the neighborhood of the hotel feels like a wealthy Turk area, the law and order is very good, in the city center, 8 minutes away from Hyde Park, it is also very convenient to go to the scenic spots by subway. Eat nearby, mainly high-end restaurants in some hotels, and some restaurants on the roadside, which are not bad. Hotel room rate is expensive, but in line with four-star standards.
The staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat.
The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long trip, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel.
