Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The staff are a credit to this hotel chain, they were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is lovely and modern and had all amenities. The room is so nice and has the most comfortable bed and a large tv. I even enjoyed a complimentary cocktail and was wished a happy birthday from two of the staff. Such a lovely touch to my stay. Can’t wait to visit again

The room was spotless. As a chain hotel, it consistently delivers excellent service and cleanliness. The facilities are modern and advanced. I particularly loved the reception area on the first floor, which boasts a very stylish and contemporary design.

Yes a boutique style of hotel you think you're in the shower using the lift because of the decor. Industrial style of decor in bar areas. Comfortable rooms though bathroom a bit small but adequate . Try and avoid rooms overlooking the railway it's very noisy with almost nonstop train's passing though quieter at night but only for a few hours. Good breakfast if included in room rate but not worth paying the extra in my opinion. Cleaning lacking in some areas room window particularly dirty and lighting shades in bar area higher up could do with a clean.

Wonderful stay in London! We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s clean, cozy, and perfectly located — very to everything, which made getting around London super easy. The highlight for us was the staff. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made us feel comfortable and at home. The hotel has a warm, cozy atmosphere and the rooms are clean. One small thing to note is that you need to request daily room cleaning, as it’s not done automatically. Also, when booking, it’s not clearly mentioned that a security deposit is required in case of any room damage. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and would happily come back every time I visit London.
