The hotel location was perfect. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We book executive one bed room with city view and the view was good. Buiding is bit old. The carpet in the corridor was bit old however the room is good. No night Gowun and slipper. Only one toothbrush for two occupancy. The reecipetion staff was rude but later the senior staff was kind enough and gave us all the information about the hotel ecological system like if u be more green like using the towel and not cleaning up the room for 3 night they give a bottle of.wine or points for the resutrants. Oh btw there was a fire alarm out of blue and that freaked us but later turns out that was a technical issue. Above all it was good stay at the end.

Stayed for 11 nights. Good hotel in a touristy location. Helpful concierge. The roasted chicken in Brasserie Joel is delicious (had it thrice over a week). The 3-tier American sharing plate at Primo Bar is pretty good and with good wine in the house. Pity that housekeeping doesn't take pride in their work. After housekeeping services, found my clothes strewn on the floor and used towels thrown into the bathtub. Bed was hastily made up most times.

The location is very good, just opposite the hotel is the subway station. You can also walk to Big Ben and the London Eye. It takes me about 12-15 minutes to walk. There are also many delicious restaurants around. Even if the hotel facilities are average, they are generally clean. The staff at the reception desk in the lobby are friendly, but the online customer service staff have a poor service attitude, and I am not very polite to reply online. All in all, there are about 4.4 points, points are deducted for attitude, and the facilities are a little old.

Was a little difficult to get to and not really close to restaurants so ate in the hotel. Food was fine and staff attentive. Prices not too bad. Beautiful room. Modern and great to have computerised lighting . Air con. Very comfortable beds. Parking not so good as not many spaces but managed to get one.

Overall experience Was amazing . Was able to check earlier because my flight got to London in the morning. Staff was so nice and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was perfect, room was spacious and the view from 17th floor was breathtaking. Got complimentary cake and wine and I loved it..the only issue was the elevator. Had only two elevator and it was always busy and crowded but asides that, I really enjoyed my stay and definitely coming back.
