St. James Hotel & Club Mayfair

London
This hotel is very clean and well located. The second time I stayed at this hotel, the last time I was on a business trip a few years ago, the company booked on the extranet platform, and the stay was good. This is a personal trip, but there are some different experiences. The room is divided into five stalls. Because of the 28-inch suitcase, I don't want to live in such a crowded place. I set a club room in the middle stall (32 square meters). Open the door of the room and enter the bedroom through the narrow aisle. It can basically reach the standard of ”go to bed when you enter the house”. The luggage can just be unfolded, but it is stuck between the wall and the bed after expansion. There is no walking space. To go to the bathroom requires a large Jumped over. A small window, the scenery outside is moving, strange pipes accompanied by the low noise of the machine. The contact hotel was told that there was no room to change, and that the room was full (obviously there were plenty of rooms on the night of each booking platform), and contacted Ctrip, saying that ”the hotel has been contacted, the room type is correct, as for the noise, there is no way out of room,” If you are afraid of noisy, please keep the windows closed ”... I booked a room with breakfast and welcome fruit, but the hotel said that Ctrip did not inform, so no fruit without breakfast. After contacting, the hotel even said ”Give me breakfast for you.” The price at the time of booking is obviously early. Why give it away? As a Ctrip Diamond member for many years, I do feel some discomfort. Do I have to choose an overseas platform channel to ”please stay” when I book an overseas hotel?

Mayfair
I recently stayed at the hotel and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the remarkable service provided by the concierge, Daniel. His attentiveness, extensive local knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay truly memorable. From personalized recommendations to seamless arrangements, Daniel's professionalism and friendly demeanor added a special touch to my visit. I highly commend the hotel for having such a dedicated and capable concierge like Daniel, who undoubtedly enhanced the overall quality of my stay. Facilities and rooms were top notch as well. Tube station nearby. Also received a nice upgrade with park view.

Nothing to say, the location service is superb. Absolutely A spot, the only drawback is that there are fewer places to eat around. But it is walking distance from Buckingham Palace Hyde Park.

Mayfair
The location is good, the staff are very helpful and the hotel is well designed. However, the room is relatively small, the air conditioner will make a lot of noise when it is turned on, the hot water supply in the bathroom is extremely unstable at night, and the sound of dripping water from the bathroom shower at night affects sleep, it is recommended to replace it. Breakfast is only served in cold cuts, and hot food costs extra. Should not stay again.
The Stafford London
4.5/593 Reviews
The Stafford is a small 5 Star and used to be the ”sister hotel to the Ritz”. It was forced to close during Covid on a number of occasions so we haven't visited for 3 years. If anything it's even better now than it was - quite a feat. We were given a Deluxe King on the third floor, a nice room with a view over the terrace/courtyard. My lady who is quite small found the bed quite high to get into (as usual, they really are quite high) but one of the most comfortable of any hotel we've stayed in, ever. Room service is precise and speedy and the Room service menu ranges across both the Restaurant and American Bar menus - we'll give a name check to Mahir who went over and above on a number of occasions. We decided to eat outside where possible due to Covid so the American Bar Terrace hosted by Viviana looked after us splendidly. The food is splendid. The Hotel has lost its ”Super Doorman”, Charlie and Head Concierge of years, Frank, but has replaced them with excellent and very personable staff. In all a wonderful 8 day break and it was good to be back 'home'. Highly recommended for those who like smaller luxury hotels with traditional 5 Star service where nothing is too much trouble with no corners cut.
The Mayfair Townhouse - an Iconic Luxury Hotel

Mayfair
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Mayfair Townhouse! The piece that set it apart was The Dandy Bar. D-Money and Cup of T we re beyond gracious and made sure I had good company while sitting solo. Thomas (Casanova) made one of the best Mezcal drinks (the KDizzy) I’ve ever had! The 2nd night I had the pleasure of also meeting Duane the Pain, Vamshi, Sam, & Pierre. Another evening full of great drinks and impeccable company! Service was perfect both nights! You have one top notch group working for you over at The Mayfair Townhouse! My only regret is that I only stayed 2 nights

Mayfair
The location is very good. It’s close to Bond Street green park, Buckingham Palace, Harrods, and some major places. You can walk to the room. The decoration is not new but it’s ok. When I left, I found that the next door was much bigger than mine and it had a balcony. I asked if you booked more than 40 pounds on bookings, you can upgrade, but Ctrip is only one price. The hotel is actually an apartment without breakfast, one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, one kitchen and one small restaurant, which is very suitable for family travel. Overall it is good
