Hotels near Victoria and Albert Museum in London

The location was not very close to those attractions (travel around half hour) but overall it’s ok, there is a Sainsbury local (supermarket) and some restaurants next to the hotel. The facilities there are perfect with a mini Kitchenette and washing machine inside the room, would stay again and it is recommended.

We had been travelling for many hours from Cornwall and were met by such a warm and friendly greeting by Raymond and his colleague. I was travelling with my Husband and 18 year old son and were very kindly upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do. Raymond made a recommendation for dinner which was very helpful and saved us looking around for somewhere to eat as it was getting late. My husband was having an operation the next day so we were very anxious but everything was perfect with the apartment and I have to say Raymond was so helpful and friendly every time we entered or left the building. I understand that you get what you pay for and we have stayed in an EasyHotel before (the one in Victoria) so we knew what to expect, but it could have been cleaner and better maintained. We stayed in one of the windowless rooms as we were just going to a concert at the Royal Albert hall and leaving straight away in the morning, so we really only needed a bed and a bathroom, so the no window wasn't an issue and made the room cheaper. We also knew that EasyHotels don't usually have tea/coffee facilities and the rooms are very small so there is no drawers/wardrobe etc. which we were fine with as we just wanted a cheap room for one night. My issue was with the fact that the bathroom sink appeared to not have been cleaned properly - there was makeup and hairs in it.. Also one of the walls around the mirror had not been finished painted so was kind of just bare concrete. Next, inside the room, the walls had big dents in them and the wall panels were kind of coming away from the wall which hadn't been fixed.. The walls are also quite thin and I woke up a couple of times in the night to noises coming from other rooms. Lastly it seemed like a child had put the bedding on - we had to put the sheet on ourselves as it had practically just been laid on the bed without being tucked in, there was a hole in the duvet cover, and the mattress was extremely lumpy with a big hole right in the middle meaning we were rolling into each other all night into this dip in the middle haha.. Another thing which bothers me (which is just a cosmetic observation really) is that the rooms are lined with that grey industrial lino you would find in a school corridor or hospital, they could have at least used wood-effect lino - same price but a much nicer, homey vibe. We were only there overnight so just around 9 hours approx. But still these are all issues which could be easily fixed with some proper upkeep. On a positive note the 24 hour check in is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The TV in the room worked fine and we had no issues with the shower/toilet etc. Location is also easy walking distance from the Royal Albert Hall.

Best of places. Does underrated very well. Stayed here many times & will do so again. Friendly staff, superb location, lovely hotel. I wonder how much it has changed? Feels pretty timeless. Recommend the top floor.

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Felt very safe. Breakfast buffet was included with room price. Everything you could want. The best croissants (are we in France?!), eggs, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, fruit, cheese, deli meats, bacon (like ham, not American bacon), juices, tea, coffee, toast. Also some items that are British beans and such. Several blocks to the Underground South Kensington station. Across the street from the V & A museum. Short walk to Harrolds, a must see! Amazing food hall, tea shops, chocolates and gems! Nice bar off the lobby with sofas and comfy chairs. Wine was reasonable price, 7 pounds. Two free drinks for booking room directly with hotel. Executive twin room was small, but adequate. Two chairs a table and a desk with chair, Robes, free bottle of water in mini-fridge daily. Nice view of the V & A museum from two large windows, that open. AC in room. Great shower!

Good service, the people at the front desk are very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Convenient to travel, very close to Tesco. The serviced apartments are very well equipped.

My family and I came to a Europe for a vacation that started in London. Since the minute we entered the whole staff was super nice, professional, and very helpful. Anything we asked for was taken very seriously and they provided us with everything we need and more. This feels like a home. In the morning, Elana and Loulou were very welcoming and made us feel like we were home. The food was amazing and they always came to check on us to see if we needed more things. They also suggested great places to visit around the area. The manager was a very nice lady. She came to us and greeted us very nicely the minute we came. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Besides having clean rooms, and great breakfast it is located in a very nice area. You can walk around and have everything around you. Again thank you Elana and Loulou!!

Located in south Kensington and the circumstance is sooo nice, white architecture with excellent greenery. The room is clean and comfortable. You can also have some featured restaurants near the hotel. Actually I left my cloth in the closet of the hotel and I found that when I went back home. So I contacted the hotel butler of the Xiecheng. And he helped me a lot that the reception manager would post the cloth to me. I’m satisfied with the service

The cups hv stain, and all towels hv stain even the exchanged ones also got yellow stain. Service is great. They accommodate late check out for us. Location is great if u want closer to hype park. But not much food options around. The tube is a bit far by walking too but acceptable

Really enjoyed our stay here, my wife and I enjoyed a lovely break away. We chose this hotel because it close to the natural history museum which we went too. Only 1 issue was the plates for breakfast were so hot, which I felt was completely unnecessary as it over cooked my poached eggs in a few minutes. Other than that a delightful stay.
