It would be nice if they would also put even 1 bottle of water. And have some toothbrush even if the guess will pay. However overall is good the cleanliness the the bed is very comfortable.

Hotel was located at a very convenient place. Ample parking lots. Room was clean but the bed was too soft for my back.

From we walked in and met Gareth on reception we knew it would be a fantastic stay. Nicest welcome we have had and checked in early to our spotlessly clean room. Stayed in lot of hotels in Londonderry and Premier Inn up there with the best for location, being clean and welcoming. Could not fault it at all. We will be back very soon.

Hotel is basic and clean. There is no communal area for guests after 10pm as the adjoining bar, which is not owned by the hotel, closes then. Not having an area to sit and talk in means our group of 10 people had to go to one of the bedrooms to finish drinks and talk. This was uncomfortable and of course brings a high risk of disturbing other guests.

It was excellent for our needs of a one night stay and I would go back there for a holiday if I was in that area. Staff were helpful and courtious the rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. I would be a right moran to find fault.

I stayed over St.Paddy’s weekend with the family & what a great time we had. The hotel has been refurbished & honestly the bedrooms were incredible. Staff were excellent & shout out to April on nights who replaced our bedding as our youngest was sick.

Rooms were spacious and very fresh and immaculately clean (hats off to the housekeeping staff). Hotel staff were very approachable and friendly who obviously enjoy working there. The dining room was very clean and laid out with plenty of food at breakfast. The hotel itself is situated about a 5 minute drive from the city centre which makes it quiet due to it not having the hustle and bustle of city centre life. I would highly recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were excellent, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The receptionist was friendly and always ready to assist. The added convenience of free on-site parking was a great bonus. Unfortunately, the on-site bar and restaurant were closed in the evening due to a staffing shortage, so I ended up ordering a Chinese takeaway and enjoyed it in the comfort of my room. The next morning, I opted for the Unlimited Breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the £10.99. The surrounding area is beautiful, and this Hotel continues to impress. Having stayed here multiple times, I can confidently say I’ll be back again.
