Denied Service dogs, and was rude.
They had said they take service dogs, then changed their mind when we showed up and said no "pets" when I clearly stated service animals she was rude and shoving us to leave.

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! Roaches!
The room was completely infested with roaches. I didn’t even set my bag down when I walked through the door. I walked in the room for less than one minute and probably saw 30 roaches. Bath tub was disgusting and stained.

It was a nice facility with cameras and in an okay part of Long Beach. The bus and train are very close. Staff helpful.

The room was dirty and the tv wasn’t working and we had to go grab the toilet paper from the check in desk

The worst. Never got to stay causenthe lady is a bitdh. I pressed charges against them ans will be move forward legally. Dont stay here if u do destroy it
