Courtyard Long Beach Airport

Good for travel

Very clean and well maintained private hotel. Near s many stores and restaurants! And I love how we were provided fresh towels and linen.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Food was expensive, but plenty of choices that are right across the street.

Pricing was similar to other properties in the area. However, the location and businesses within an easy walk helped make my decision. It is also one of the few properties still offering shuttle service. The room and bed were both comfortable. It was a warm evening, with the A/C providing cool, quiet air.

The staff was not very friendly when we checked in. Our luggage was held at the front desk but only because we asked. The coffee shop was not open in the late morning, we were told only for dinner. The room was nice and clean. Overall, it was fine but I wouldn’t pick it again.

Elevator is slow and makes a scary sound. Room fridge didn’t really get cold. The bar closed at 10:30pm.

The room A/C did t not stay on no matter how i adjusted the control. In the middle of the night I called the front desk and they were not helpful

Check-in was quick, room was clean but lacked amenities - no glasses, cups, shower caps Breakfast was pricey and uninviting. Plus, They charge $20 a night for parking!

Staff and the location was fantastic. The gym facilities was refreshing for a hotel. Definitely will stay again in the future.
