There was a picket by the employees, very loud in the wee hours of the morning, making the stay unpleasant.

The toilet ventilation system is weak and the bed is a bit too soft, but there is a kettle provided. There is a mandatory 25USD fee downstairs, which must be used here. It is called a destination fee and is enough for breakfast for one person.

The sound insulation of the hotel is relatively poor. There are a lot of sounds outside the door. The service is very good. The location is very good and you can see the holiday lighting facilities opposite. The old four-star facilities are relatively old. I will consider staying again.

Good location, good service, clean room

The decoration is very new, the bed is very comfortable, the lobby is very luxurious, and the price is good. There is no laundry room. The sound insulation is not very good, the toilet flushes loudly, and the second layer of quilt is quite thick.

pon first entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the lobby. Adding to this positive first impression, Tiffani at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and hospitality. She truly made me feel welcome. Tiffani confirmed my 14-day stay and took the time to ensure that all my needs were met. Every day, she checked in to see if I required anything, always attentive and caring. The rest of the staff were equally amazing—everyone from the bar staff to the concierge was exceptionally friendly. This hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay, and I will definitely be returning. Tiffani set the tone for an excellent experience, and the rest of the team followed suit. This is a must stay.

great stay. The location of hotel is great. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, and ocean. Lots of attractions close by, across the street is the theater of arts and Convention Center. There is a shopping outdoor mall. The Aquarium of Pacific is not far as well as the wharf. The hotel had a bar, coffee shop, and restaurant. We did not try. We only stayed one night, next day we went on a cruise. The pool is a rooftop pool but it's small, too crowded along with the hot tub. The lobby of hotel is very nice. Staff were nice, no issues with check in, parking, or room. Rooms were nice nothing spectacular, spacious for 4 people. It was quiet and the view was of downtown so buildings and the street. It was a great stay.

This review happened in May 2024. My wife and I spent the weekend in Long Beach and we both never stayed at a Westin. The staff was friendly. The check in took some time. The front desk was busy, and they only had two people doing check in. But after we checked in, we found our room pretty quickly. The room was nice, well furnished, and quiet. The room was a good size and gave plenty of room for my wife and me. The room also had a small size refrigerator and a coffee station. The view out the window was nice I could see downtown Long Beach and the Queen Mary. The bed was comfortable, and we had no trouble falling asleep. The hotel had a great little store with lots of chips, candies, and drinks. They even had some instant ramens. It also had travel essentials like deodorant, toothpaste, and some electric items like chargers. The hotel is doing room service again, we had breakfast on our last day, and it was good for it being a hotel. We loved our stay and would stay here again. If you are in Long Beach, CA we recommend you stay here.

I can’t believe how people rate this 4 stars. This location is probably the worst Westin that I’ve been to. The bathroom shower is really old and in desperate need of an upgrade. There is so much calcium on the shower head the water can hardly flow. The tub shower floor is so old and stained. The bed and and pillows are decent. The TV and stations are very few not up to the regular Marriott and Weston standards. No Netflix. The gym is very old. This hotel really needs to be updated.

I needed help to go to an Office Depot to buy a laptop. I asked Osmin who was at the Concierge and got to say, I couldn't have asked for a better service. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed. He was very patient with me and all my silly questions. I wished there were more people in the world with your work ethics! Thanks de corazón !!!

Thank you very much for this great stay! We booked the Westin spontaneously and are thrilled. The room was great, the location excellent and the pool and gym are absolutely adequate. We would book the hotel again at any time. Special thanks to Andy from reception and Emma from the restaurant! You both made a great stay special.
