房間乾淨，設備高雅，性價比高，我住過的維也納裏面最好的之一，房間衞生乾淨整潔，我和寶寶住非常滿意，值得推薦，早餐體驗非常滿意，還有當地的豬肉湯喝，整體感很好，前台013小姐姐服務非常熱情！友好！聲音甜美！愛了愛了～

14號下午4點多入住酒店1006房間，五點40左右有2個女的，拿着房卡可開啟1006房間門鎖，被我及時發現並制止，酒店解釋為員工辦錯房卡，立即退房後酒店員工要求本人去攜程以行程改變的理由退房，我想過不要為難酒店，可惜我的訂單攜程是不可退訂的，也不知酒店的員工哪來的勇氣，不第一時間協調第三方平台攜程，卻來要求我自己去平台修改訂單，這種隨隨便便就可以做錯房卡的酒店，各位入住的時候還是多考慮考慮，生命衹有一次，遠離一切不安全場所
