I don't know why the room we booked on Ctrip was assigned the worst location, and due to availability issues, we couldn't upgrade. This hotel said it just opened in May of this year, but I didn't think it smelled very bad. The service was okay. Parking was insufficient and poorly planned. The breakfast was pathetic. The food couldn't be served quickly enough. Everyone just stood there and watched as nothing was left. Even the pickles were opened and refilled later. The dishes couldn't be washed clean, and the guests had to do it themselves. It was a mess. Don't you know the occupancy rate the night before you open a hotel? The breakfast the next day was poorly prepared, and the noodle cook was the only one who insisted on doing it. The room was soundproofed, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the towels were relatively new. The bathroom had a foul smell from the drain, the smart toilet was okay, but the toilet paper was not good. The shower head was so thin that it hurt wherever I washed it. Please fix it. It was really a bad experience. The only good thing was the hot spring, but the rooftop was a little cold. There were quite a few underground pools, but some were broken, and the maintenance was not timely.

It was really a great experience. It started a little episode and it was solved soon. The boss and aunts were very good. Anything was solved quickly. The main thing was to have three meals a day.
