This time I am so satisfied with staying in Lushan Licheng! The young lady at the front desk was super caring. When I checked in, I took the initiative to explain the rights and interests of the hot springs and swimming pools. I also reminded the infinity pool that it was best to shoot the afternoon light and shadow. Even the surrounding parking questions I asked were patiently answered and the efficiency was super high.
The infinity pool on the 10th floor is really amazing. The view of the mountains and forests is super open. The warm water design is not afraid of cold. The children have a great time. The staff will also take the initiative to help see the items, the details are super warm. Next time I come to Chengde, I will choose here!

This was the last stop on my trip, and I arrived home the next day. After a long journey, I arrived at this hotel and enjoyed a relaxing hot spring bath, which was incredibly refreshing. The owner was incredibly kind and handsome, single-handedly running a hot spring hotel with a unique atmosphere. I felt like he was a thoughtful person. He had a very personal feel. There was plenty of tea available, with free tastings. He must be someone who understands and loves tea.

The staff is welcoming and helpful as it can be. 5 stars.
The room is small but okay. The bed is comfortable like most chinese beds. The bathroom is super tiny and had some plumbing problems also the grey water from the shower runs across the floor to the sink, bear in bind when you put dowm a towel for your feet.
The light in all rooms is very dark and everything in the room was laying under a urine smell caused by the aircon. That's the reason we would not stay here again.
The breakfast is great but the room is too small to fit all guests, so it gets super busy.
Plus point: you can tale your bicycle to the rooms.
