【真實體驗】隆回美達酒店避雷指南：安全隱患、噪音困擾與不作為式服務
本人於2024年3月21日入住隆回美達酒店，作為有多年差旅經驗的消費者，現將此次堪稱災難級的住宿體驗如實陳述，懇請各位旅客警惕避雷。
一、安全隱患與動線設計缺陷
1. 停車場需180°急轉逆向駛入，無任何引導標識，存在嚴重剮蹭風險。
2. 電梯系統房卡權限為擺設，一邊需要刷卡，一邊不需刷卡直接進入，凌晨時分頻繁有社會人員出入（含衣着暴露的疑似特殊行業人員）。
3. 酒店與桌球廳、KTV共用電梯，大堂設在13樓，酒店設在5樓、12樓，深夜存在治安隱患。
二、衞生狀況觸目驚心
• 客房沙發佈滿不明污漬（見附圖）
• 床沿出現各色印記（見附圖）
• 入住30分鐘內遭遇2次蟲害侵擾，爬蟲已打死（見附圖）
三、持續性噪音污染
雖知酒店提前告知存在噪音，但實際情況遠超預期：
1. 40-60分貝白噪音全天候持續（非空調/排風系統，斷電後仍存在）
2. 技術排查：
• 12點入店後自主檢測設備無果
• 02:00 致電前台無應答（固話形同虛設）
• 02:07手機聯絡後前台排查不出原因
• 02:28保潔排查噪音無法消除，原因排查未果
• 02:57告知"12樓其他房間也有相同噪音，衹是噪音沒這麼大”
*特別説明：未成年住客因此產生神經性頭痛症狀
四、不作為式危機處理
1. 凌晨前台提議耳塞敷衍
2. 次日退房時未提及該事情
3. 前台要求"先退平台訂單再掃碼付款180元"的異常操作，未同意。
質疑與提醒：
1. 平台五星好評是否真實？
2. 特種行業許可證是否合規？
3. 強烈建議攜帶小童/長者/神經衰弱者絕對避坑
4. 隆回住宿選擇眾多，切勿被低價誤導

從未訂過如此差的酒店 被子上發現疑似腳印的污漬 怎麼擦都不掉 到前台跟服務員溝通 遇到這種糟心的事 我的訴求很簡單 要不退房退房 要麼換一間房 這點要求根本不過份吧 服務員的理由是怪我自己入住時不檢查 已經過了半個鍾了 衹能給我換被套 態度也非常差 全程坐在前台後面的桌子上嚼檳榔 接受不了他們的處理方式我選擇退房走人 這服務員甚至連停車票都不給 酒店有這樣的員工也真是可以的 大半夜換酒店非常糟心

隆回城區性價比比較高的酒店之一，房間很乾凈，雖然位於娛樂城樓上，但是基本沒有什麼噪音，可以放心入住。唯一的缺點是早餐味道一般，品類也不夠多。

四個枕頭都特別臟，浴巾舊的離譜，半夜三更想着賴得折騰，沒想到早上6點多就聽到外面樂隊在叫，剛開始還以為窗沒關，後面看了是關着，隔音效果還特別差，嚴重影響住宿體驗，實在受不了，大清早就衹能重新找地方休息去了。
