The hot spring experience is poor. The water in the children's water park is very dirty and icy. I don't dare to let children play. The water in the pool is not very clean. There is no water in several open-air pools. During the National Day, the premium double room costs more than 1,000 yuan per night. You have to pay a 500 yuan deposit when checking into the bed room. There is a saying that the room facilities are so-so, but it is only 1 yuan away from the bubble pool. For a room that costs more than 2,000 yuan per night, you have to sit in a car to get to the bubble pool. It is the worst hot spring experience in Guizhou. .

The air conditioner is as noisy as the exhaust fan, the sprayer is also broken, and the hot spring water stops at night. A hotel with more than 1,000 yuan is not as good as a hotel with 300 or 400 yuan. It is not worth it.

這次定的是私湯別墅，價格2058元/晚 1、房間排水有問題，不管是洗澡間還是洗漱盆池 2、別墅房間泡池很小不適合雙人。 3、房間蚊蟲多。 4、更氣憤的是早餐廳！早餐廳不但的食物的味道差（簡直是浪費食材），連服務更差，早上帶到7歲的小孩到餐廳被攔到門口要收小寶的餐費，在門口發了一通脾氣，才得到進餐廳，進了餐廳以後遇見一個好像是餐廳經理的人，但沒有經理的水平，一通指責我們客人，瞧不起客人的樣子（像是付不起錢來我們酒店幹什麼）和經理理論吵了一架後，就差拉上寶寶去量身高。一個早餐吃得毫無胃口。 最後：聯繫攜程果斷取消第二晚的酒店入住。 總結：一個酒店以犧牲顧客入住體驗為代價換取利益及利潤，那這個酒店必然衹會經營越來越差。 最後送酒店一句話：硬件引客，服務留客。 最後感謝攜程的全乘協調，並且有擔當，在和餐廳爭執過程中，攜程客服全程瞭解聽到後説：如果這個酒店連小孩的餐費都要收那麼攜程全部補償。

前台服務態度不好 沒有耐心 房卡忘記給我沖磁害我跑了兩趟一句抱歉都沒有 晚上甚至遇到停電 前台電話一直打不通 第二天退房才輕描淡寫的解釋 這個價位的客房廁所與主卧之間沒有隔斷 且玻璃是透明的 兩個人的話上廁所可以想象有多尷尬 電視機老化 人的臉都是紫色的 看什麼都像在看恐怖片 綜上旅遊接待能力極差 服務態度極差 體驗極差 不會再來

水很乾凈、環境也很好、酒店停車方便 ，關鍵還免費，服務好，還免費佈置生日房間、海鮮自助餐也很👌、都是新鮮的、值得再來、特別感謝工作人員聶餘雙帥哥、找他給你安排妥妥的

房間不錯，服務態度也很好！房間風景不錯👍床也挺舒服！離店後丟下的東西都及時聯繫併到付寄回給我們了，就是地處位置太偏了，孩子有點不舒服想買點葯，酒店及周邊都沒有任何葯店，而且也叫不到快遞😂……建議你們這類度假類親子酒店建立一個小葯房，準備一些小童常用葯！要不太不方便了！
