The room was great, really spacious. Service was excellent; anything we needed was brought up right away. Bailey checked in with us every day about when we wanted housekeeping and also gave us great recommendations for activities around the hotel. Any requests were handled promptly. We came here to relax with family, and there are quite a few outdoor hot springs, which we loved. The glass-bottom infinity pool was absolutely stunning!

The hygiene was poor, and the carpets were dirty. The price didn't match the facilities and amenities at all. Honestly, I don't think it's worth the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

For a room costing over a thousand, I really don't see the value. If you want to use the hot spring, you have to brave the cold to walk to an adjacent building. You need to scan your wristband to enter and exit the hot spring area. As for refreshments, they only offer three types of fruit and some drinks, and that's it – it's practically nothing. I went to the hot spring around 9 AM when the water had just been filled, so it was at its cleanest. You can go up and down a few floors to enjoy different pools. It's really warming after a winter soak, and if you're not worried about catching a cold, you can then go explore other places.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, and the hotel was exceptionally considerate of families with children, from room setup to dining arrangements, all catering to kids' preferences. The hot spring area also had shallow sections suitable for children, allowing them to enjoy the fun of soaking in the springs. Our whole family had a wonderful time here; it was a perfect vacation experience!

The family room was decorated with children in mind, complete with toys and a small tent, making the room feel like a mini playground. The balcony had a private hot tub, so the kids could even play in the water at night! The hotel's suspended pool, hot springs, children's water park, and ball pit outside the hotel were all amazing. On the day of check-out, we could leave our luggage at the front desk and continue to play, which was very thoughtful and attentive service! My older daughter was over 120cm, and the kind front desk attendant even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast and access to some activities. 👍👍👍

The environment here is absolutely fantastic, perfect for families with seniors, children, and couples! I usually book with Wyndham, and this time the hotel was huge – it felt like two large hotels combined. I seriously felt like I couldn't explore everything in just one day. It was very nice!

The front desk staff, CARRY, was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic. She helped us arrange a car for pick-up and drop-off, and even provided extra charging cables and bathrobes for us to use. The onsen (hot spring) temperature was perfect!

Our butler, Bailey, who was handling our service for this trip, had a great attitude 👍. Whenever we had questions, he responded promptly and arranged for customer service to assist. We were pleasantly surprised by the room's environment and facilities after check-in. It was spacious enough, providing ample room for our little one to play. The balcony also featured two large hot tubs; they weren't cramped at all when you got in. The public hot spring center offered a good bathing experience too. The hotel's hot spring water must be genuine ♨️, as my skin felt smooth and improved after soaking. The breakfast food was also good, and the rice rolls were delicious 😋.

Equipped with a dedicated hotel butler, the 1-on-1 personalized service was meticulous and attentive. The room was clean and hygienic, though some facilities were a bit old, it didn't affect the overall experience. The breakfast was rich and varied. As it's a foreign-funded hotel, the baguette for breakfast was very authentic – dry and chewy, which I loved! Being able to enjoy the hot springs and water park an unlimited number of times is a rare treat! The rooftop infinity pool exudes such a luxurious vibe!

Front desk staff Lucy was really nice and thoughtful. It was our first time here and the kids had a blast, especially with the craft activities. The buffet had a good variety of choices, and we even got to see a 6-minute fireworks show at night. We had a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival!

Last night at 1:39 AM, there were still people setting off fireworks at the hotel, which seriously disrupted my sleep and mood. We were originally looking forward to a happy trip, but my child was startled and cried all night. I asked the hotel what was happening but still haven't received a clear answer. The soundproofing is also terrible. Spending over a thousand yuan for this kind of experience is truly disappointing.

The environment is great, and dinner was rich and delicious. The service was excellent, and the facilities were new and fun. It's definitely worth a visit, especially with kids – they'll love it. When you go, look for customer service representative Vava; her service is outstanding, and she'll give you helpful tips for your stay. Her warm recommendations were really thoughtful.

For the National Day holiday, we looked at many places. We didn't want to travel too far, and we were worried that coastal areas hadn't fully recovered from the previous typhoon. So, we opted for a hotel with integrated entertainment options. We chose a family room, and the facilities were excellent, especially the two bedrooms and two bathrooms – perfect for our two adults and three children. One of the beds was a bunk bed, which was great! We tried out many facilities, especially the swimming pool, which was ideal for kids; the 1.4-meter-deep section only came up to their waist. The lifeguards here were incredibly professional. If any child was misbehaving, trying to climb up the slide the wrong way, or doing anything dangerous, they would immediately blow their whistle to stop them! This really allowed us adults to relax completely! Upon checking in, we added Bailey on WeChat, and they always responded instantly. They would check in at different times to ask if we needed any supplies, which I found very thoughtful! The hotel's breakfast buffet was very rich and replenished quickly! The only minor drawback was that there were too few trash cans in the room, and they filled up very quickly! It would be great if they could provide more garbage bags!
